Need to give Larry a shout out for helping my wife and I. We needed a new Honda bulb replaced. Larry knew exactly what he was doing- had us on our way in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone. Ask for Larry?

First and last time ording online. Was supposed to get 15% off ordering onlineWent in to pickup part Clark told me weDon't have anything to do with the discount,he then told me we don't haveThis part don't know if he could order.Finally after twenty-some minutesThey found it.Then got home to find outSteering stabilizer had been opened up and was missing parts .Had to pressSteel sleeve from old one.

Went for an oil filter. Reference book was missing from shelf area, but staff spotted us struggling quickly, and were super helpful getting us hooked up with what we needed.

Went their about a week ago to get some new wiper blades and had a wonderful experience! I went in and the gentlemen at the counter immediately asked if I needed help, told them I needed wiper blades and they helped me pick out the perfect ones for my car. Larry then went and picked them out from the shelf, rung me up, and then installed them on my car! He did a great job, they work incredibly well, both the front and rear! Want to give a big shout out to Larry, he was very helpful and nice through the whole experience. Will always be coming back for my car needs when I am in town! Thank you!Wanted to give an update: Had to go back and get a new battery since mine died when I was getting gas. Went and saw Larry again and he was a huge help once again! Tested my battery first then gave me a list of options, went with the die hard 3 yr warranty. He then installed it in a timely manner while being nice and helpful! Battery has been working great! Thank you again Larry! Can’t say enough good things about him and this store. Have a great day!

My experience at the 29th Place St store was quick, easy, and educational. I am someone who is not car savvy, and Christina helped me every step of the way, confirming I had the right size wiper blades and even came out to my car to give me a lesson on how to install them step by step. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a car shop!

I purchased a replacement belt for my vehicle from this location in Charlottesville on 11/22/22. They sold me the incorrect belt the first time so I had to travel back to the store and swap it for the correct belt - no big deal at that point except that the belt I needed vs the one they sold me originally was more expensive. Their selling point was "this belt has a 3 year replacement warranty". Due to time and the urgency to fix my vehicle, I paid more for the correct belt.On the drive home, the new belt broke while I was in the interstate. I returned to the store today to take advantage of the "three year warranty" that justified this part being more expensive and I'm told that I have to have the belt in order to get a replacement or refund...No belt no warranty... What?? I did make an attempt to search the 30 mile stretch of interstate for what remained of the belt with no luckI visited a different Advanced Auto location with the one little piece of belt that was left on my car. I was told that it wasn't needed and they immediately ordered a replacement. They also refunded part of my balance because guess what... There was a cheaper option available. All this without me even having to ask.I'll never purchase another item from this location. I will also be contacting the corporate office and filling a complaint specifically about this location. I realize that in the current world we live in people's moment of need becomes a chance to be taken advantage of but I did not expect that from such a reputable company!

I’ve use Advance Auto Parts since I’ve been able to drive. They are well trained and knowledgeable, consistently great service and they stand behind what they sell. Can’t ask for more than that. ?
