“I've visited friends at Lark and the apartments are fairly clean. The management is pretty responsive but they do have trouble with noise complaints even while keeping apartment hangouts to a reasonable level or at fair times of day. Definitely seems like they could use more noise insulation but it happens with every apartment. I personally don't love the entrance where you have to go behind the building as a guest just to get buzzed in. I wish there were better options for this or a more safe entrance closer to the light and street. I do feel a little unsafe on main street at night so I would have to walk here with a group to feel comfortable.”
“Kyle Herris at Woodard is the best! I own a motorcycle and need a parking spot. Kyle came by and looked at the spot, even offered me to install two heavy duty rings to chain my motorcycle to the wall! Terrific guy, the greatest manager at Woodard!”
