Let's be clear: AT&T is an evil, soul sucking corporation that has been directly responsible for some of the worst parts of human history since it's very foundation. I despise them, and we are all paying too much for what we get.
That said, Ricky and Scott are really cool guys, who have helped me and the family twice now and did a decent job. Thanks, guys.
