Dana is amazing! She was so helpful with my trade in and new phone. And switching my dad from Verizon to my account. It took time but she was patient and a joy to work with. Highly recommended.

Ricky and Thomas walked me through a complicated - clearly easy for them - change over of an account and the associated plan. They did so in the most professional manner and with a bit of humor. I was very impressed.They even let me bring my dog!

We went in on 1/6/24 in the evening, because my phones motherboard had broken. As soon as we walked in a lady (I didn’t ever catch her name, but she had the initial R on her necklace) sat down with us. She didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need that would be crazy expensive, and she worked hard to find the best options for me. I didn’t think I could go 4 weeks without a phone while waiting on my insurance so I decided to get a new phone. She was very helpful and it was honestly so fun talking to her the whole time we were there. We were always laughing and she was extremely personable!! Thank you so much, give her a raise!!

I never feel like the sales people in this store want to help me. It doesn’t matter that I’ve spent $1000s with ATT. The knee jerk reaction seems to always be “we never give an inch.” I took two broken chargers in there trying to get a rebate since I recently bought them and the woman in there barely looked at them or asked a question before saying no. I get it- u can’t take it all back. BUT - There is a nice way to say “no” and it’s important to empathize with a client. It never hurts to say “I’m sorry that happened.” Or “I get it, I know it’s frustrating.” “Try it again and let me know if you are still having issues.” When someone who is supposed to be helping gives me a completely blank expression and shows me with her eyes that she doesn’t care at all. it is upsetting. I will go out of my way to not enter that store again.

I couldn’t retrieve old messages, so I went into Emmet Street AT&T. After a few minutes, Thomas Y. retrieved the messages and showed me how easy it is to do. If you’re a Senior Citizen and have a question or just want to upgrade your plan or phone, ask for Thomas. He’s efficient, pleasant and patient.

Timothy was the main one who helped although his coworker/manager did give us some useful information as well. Timothy was patient and explained many of the different brand of phones features and prices. He gave us info on trade in values and waited while we decided which to purchase. He ported the phones for us and answered all of our questions. Timothy was friendly and helpful, never pushy . We've been to this store before and it has always by far beenour favorite ATT.

Recently tried to call the store when they were open on a Sunday and they hung up on me, not once but FIVE times. I will never use them again.

Great experience at this AT&T store. We arrived at 7p (an hour before closer) to transfer two phones. It was more complicated than we thought, but Dana stayed an hour after closing to make sure we were all set.

Ricky went above and beyond helping me. I could not be more pleased with his customer service and great attitude. He handled the entire situation with a smile and assisted in every way he could.

Wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 13pro when it first came out. ATT rep, Julian, looked up my acct and said not cost to trade in. Just pay the $54 in taxes. I asked again, no cost, no contract and was told no. Now, my fault, wife pays the bills, they have been charging me $28 per month. Called and complained and asked for refund. Nope. Asked them to stop charging me for the phone, nope. Had to send in my old phone, asked for that back since I had paid for it, nope. So not only did I have to pay $1,000 for new phone, they took my old phone that I also paid for. Have been a customer for 15 yrs. Not anymore. Was paying over $200 per month for at least 2 yrs. Go to T-mobile. Less expensive, rate never goes up. ATT lied to me and stole over $1500 from me.

Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this store especially Dana! She went above and beyond for me! I had lost my AirPods and AT&T was about to close and she waited an extra 15 minutes for me to get to store so I could get a new pair of AirPods. Dana always has a smile on her face and has the best personality ever. I’m soooo blessed and thankful for Dana and her excellent customer service
