Scammy as hell. Avoid. They told me nothing about insurance on the new phone, deleted the charge for insurance off my receipt and then a few days later I get an E-mail that I am going to get billed $17.99/month. The phone is running me $9/month.
This was not discussed. I was not questioned if I wanted this service. Now I waited on hold to try to cancel, however they are not open. Tried going online to cancel and there is no direct option to cancel. Large pain in the ass.

Had to get my phone swapped, was helped by a gentleman named Carlos, very friendly and helpful, sat and bantered while we waited, the rest of the staff were just as friendly aa well!

Went to the store to purchase a new phone and add a line and was very disappointed that the doors were locked at 6:55pm despite having posted hours that indicated they would be open until 8:00pm.

Luis, Devine, and Beth were all tremendously helpful. They were warm and polite and knowledgeable about how to help me. They provided accurate guidance that proved to be trustworthy. This was the best experience I've had at any wireless store. Thank you!

Do not go there while the store manager, Beth is working there. She opens unauthorized accounts to make her sales quota and pushes people to open business accounts when they do not have business. She is unethical

I originally placed my oreder online, but it got canceled so I had to go in to a store. Spoke to Beth on the phone and from the start was awesome. When I got to the store we got the ball rolling and ran into a few speed bumps. She hung in there with me for 3hrs getting everything squared away, all while staying positive and delightful. She made the long wait( not att’s fault, but previous provider) almost relaxing. Great job!
