I originally placed my oreder online, but it got canceled so I had to go in to a store. Spoke to Beth on the phone and from the start was awesome. When I got to the store we got the ball rolling and ran into a few speed bumps. She hung in there with me for 3hrs getting everything squared away, all while staying positive and delightful. She made the long wait( not att’s fault, but previous provider) almost relaxing. Great job!

In February my daughter visited this location to take advantage of a $1000 promo when trading in a qualifying phone and switching from another carrier. She was helped by a manager and told her phone qualified for the promotion. However, the promotion was ending that day and they phone she wanted wasn't in stock, so he told her that they would get it from another location by the next day, but because they already started the process the promotion would apply.We are now being told by AT&T that she didn't qualify for the promo, and the phone wasn't properly unlocked despite that also being verified by the manager who helped her. Because this location is a third party reseller and NOT a corporate AT&T store, there is nothing AT&T is able to do. We are now out $1000 due to either dishonesty or incompetence at this reseller location. In the future we will be sure to use the corporate location.In addition, she was clear that she did not want the Next Up plan nor the Protect Advantage Insurance plan. Not only were both added, but the insurance plan was added to four phones on the account, blatantly disregarding the clear instructions of the customer to improve the stores metrics.

THIS MAN THAT ATTENDED ME, DESERVES A RAISE!!!!! In the beginning he was upfront and honest about us having to wait a few minutes. Sure enough he kept his timing right on the wait! Soft tone while speaking, kept eye contact & made sure we felt important!! Not like other locations where you walk in and they give you an attitude like you are interrupting them. We also felt that he truly wanted to help us not just because it was his job. At one point he was attending like 4 or 5 different costumers all alone, at the same time! That man deserves to be praised, rewarded and given a raise!! He made sure we understood the process every step off the way, whether is was buy, financing, full amount, or even how much we pay that day. I literally live over an hour away from this AT&T location but we are going to make that drive from now on JUST to be attended by him!We’ve been with T-Mobile, ntelos, sprint, and Verizon.. but no, Joseph B really set the bar to a completely new level!

I just called this store because I dropped my phone and cracked the glass. The first woman I spoke to transferred me to the insurance line, even though I told her I didn't have insurance. The second person I spoke to asked if it was the glass or the screen protector. I told her it's the top later of glass. I told her I was unsure what she meant by "glass or screen protector", because I figured they were the same thing. As I'm mid sentence, asking her to explain the difference so I could give her an informed answer, she says, very condescending like "have a lovely day" and hangs up on me. If your employees don't have the time or patience to assist a customer, they shouldn't be working there. I'm not interested in fixing the glass now. I'll be changing to a different service that actually respects the customer.

Very slow customer service. I waited over an hour to be seen. During that time, I heard upselling and incomplete answers being given to customers. Had I had a choice of time and place, I would have gone elsewhere. Be prepared for a long wait.

The manager, Shane, was so bad I walked out. Typical egotistical salesman attitude. I told him exactly what I wanted, and instead of listening to me and doing what I asked, he kept trying to upsell me, even when I explicitly asked him to stop. That kind of "just doing what I was told" attitude is the reason he works retail. I'm not sure what his goal was. There are plenty of options and I can just go online and get what I need.

I would like to strongly recommend Shane at the at&t store in Charlottesville VA at Dart shoppers world. He is an superior asset to your company. I would highly recommend for him to be moved to a more suitable and higher aspiring position in your company. You would not be let down or dissatisfied with his knowledge, leadership and people skills, his unstoppable desire to acquire more knowledge and his overall strong intuitive ability dealing with any high stress situation and person at any given time calmly, respectful and sheer professionalism. He made the in store experience a real joy.I do not know Shane personally, but have observed him over time, coming to your store with numerous problems.Sincerely Melanie and Tom Hart

The manager here was awesome! He gave us all the tips and info we needed to get set up quickly to work remotely on a hot spot. Amazing customer service!
