“I purchased a brand new RAV 4 hybrid from Umansky last year and had a great experience with my sales agent, Forrest. I've visited them twice since, once for a free tire rotation and again last week for a car inspection which was also surprisingly, no charge! Always friendly in the service and sales department and working hard to help each customer get on their way. Huge waiting area with plenty of space to social distance, clean bathrooms and a coffee and water station. You can wait on-site or they have a shuttle service for local drop off and pick ups. I was a walk in and the wait was much quicker than they had mentioned it might be. I always pop in to visit Forrest too and catch up. You can tell the employees like to work there!”
“My experience with Malloy Ford was positive. I had maintenance done on my Ford truck and John Lucas in the service department was great to work with. Due to travel I was intentionally doing a maintenance early, but before knowing this John advised I could safely wait and do it later. Some businesses might just perform the service and collect the money, so in this case I appreciated the honest dealing from Mr. Lucas / Malloy Ford. And they completed the service quickly and left the truck clean. A+”
“Originally chose Flow because i thought it was still Browns, but they were the most willing about taking my car on short notice. The length of time they had my car was frustrating at times, but I know they are short on help which i understand being that I work in a somewhat similar industry. The work that Flow did on my Ford Fusion was incredible and the car hasnt looked this good since it was new.
