Yay! So far, we are delighted. Banker Brad Lovingood was terrific. He met with us several times, at length, helping us work through various issues. He clearly is eager to help the customers.
Everyone there seemed warm, friendly, and professional. We didn’t want to go to a bank owned by a large corporation, but we broke down and did, because their local customer support, within an efficient, national organization, is top-notch.

She helped me with payoff of my loan (I live in northern VA) all over the phone coordinating with loan department to make the transaction go as fast and as smoothly as possible, Although that it was not her area of expertise and or her job, she was able to make it happen to get this done due to my urgent situation.
