“Dawn Shields was helping me with a wire transfer downpayment to a title company. She noted that the title company's account is with a different branch of AUB. She suggested depositing the funds in their account instead of a wire transfer. What I would consider inexperienced personnel at the title co. were unsure if this could be done. Dawn went above and beyond explaining to differing levels of management within the title co. that the funds would be in their account immediately. One manager agreed and Dawn proceeded with the transfer. This would not have happened without her level of assistance and hopefully the title company's personnel gained some knowledge from this.

She helped me with payoff of my loan (I live in northern VA) all over the phone coordinating with loan department to make the transaction go as fast and as smoothly as possible, Although that it was not her area of expertise and or her job, she was able to make it happen to get this done due to my urgent situation. “I've gone in three times without an appointment and was able to meet with someone withing a few minutes. Teller instantly, not a busy time, and the bankers when they were done with their current customers. The staff were very nice to me and helpful. I'm glad I chose this banking location.I just switched from wells fargo and most of their branches arent open on saturdays which is incredibly inconvenient.”
