My first visit here started out a disaster until I requested another nail technician. Vanessa ended up doing my nails EXACTLY the way that I wanted them. Sonny was genuinely concerned about me leaving as a happy/satisfied customer, and I was, so I will be back to get manicures done. This is in a great location also!

Honestly just not that good! I struggle to understand the rating that is given by others. I supposed if it’s the only option, or what you accept, it will do. The place seems clean enough, but that is where the goodness ends. As soon as I walked through the door, I was hounded continuously about getting gel polish when I mentioned numerous times I only needed a regular mani and pedi. They seemed pressed for money and sad. I get my nails done often enough and don’t like the drilling that seems standard with the gel service I see others get. Probably a good call since I watch another lady get the ugliest and fattest fake nails I ever seen in the chair next to me. I saw the disappointment in her eyes as she realized the nails were trash. My mani/pedi service was rushed and the guy seemed to have little to no experience or ability to communicate. The communication deficiencies was quickly cured when it came time for the tip and payment though. I couldn’t use my Amex to cash out but was offered cash app as an option. I can honestly say one of the worse end products I have had in a nail salon and I have traveled the world. Just, No! Do better.

Requested style: I like square , coffin and square round nails
Specialties: They treat you kind and offer services that are good but if you have a specific design and you show photos they tell you if they can or can’t do it !
I never had. a problem and I do all kinds of nails designs !
Cleanliness: Very clean and peaceful
Stylist: Kelly and Vanessa are both great at their jobs of doing nails and designs !
I love them both and really great at pedicures too!

Came from out of town to visit my daughter and 2 year old granddaughter for her birthday party. Got my nails done today. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. There is a mean, rude lady (KELLY) who did my nails. 3 times she spoke rudely to me, until I told her, “STOP being so mean; it’s not the way you should treat customers.” I asked to speak to the owner, but they told me Sunny is on vacation in Vietnam for the next 2 months. Apparently, nobody is in charge. No manager to speak to. Do yourself a favor by selecting a different nail salon.

Stylist: Beta, a nursing student at Piedmont Community College, was excellent, careful, generous with her time, speaks good English and did an excellent job. She made me feel like a queen.

My daughter's fingers were sore for days after she had acrylics applied because the tech was extremely rough and drilled into her cuticles. The nails were extremely thick and unevenly coated and shaped. They did a very poor looking French tip so she ended up having to scrap her request and go with a solid color. They shaped the nails incorrectly and unevenly twice. She went elsewhere a few weeks later to get them removed and the new technician pointed out water damage from improper application. She also told her the original salon used bad quality monomer and the nails took twice as long to soak off as they should have.
