Took my old Accord for an alignment today, DJ took care of the car and the staff was super friendly and professional. Car drove like new on the way home....really enjoyed my experience with this shop. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: Bob's reached out after seeing this review and made things right. They brought my car back in and redid the alignment properly—it's now much more accurate to the specification provided. The camber is where it should be, and they clearly took the time to do it correctly this time.
I appreciate that they took ownership of the issue and fixed it without hassle. The initial experience was frustrating, but their willingness to make it right shows they care about their customers and their reputation. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters, and Bob's stepped up.
Updating my rating from 1 to 4 stars. If you go here, make sure to double-check the work before you leave, but know that if there's an issue, they will work with you to resolve it.

Bobs is a complete rip off. I bought my car there to get a simple inspection, none of my lights where on when I dropped it off. I came to pick it up they charged me roughly $800 and somehow all of the sudden my check engine light came on when I picked it up. I took it back and “bob” said he refuses to fix what he broke and sent me to dodge and gave me no refund. I will never take anything to this place ever, idc if it’s a bike. I actually give them -5 stars but it’s nat an option.

I've been going to Bob's for well over 20 years. They are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The price is reasonable and I do not even shop around. They take care of all of my automotive needs. They even inspect my High end Suzuki Scooter. I highly recommend them.

This is an amazing shop. I brought my truck in for an alignment, and they noticed I had some issues that were causing the problem. They were able to resolve said issues the same day, which kept me from missing another day of work. I couldn't be happier with the service. If you are in the Charlottesville area, this is the place to go.👍

Bob’s Wheel Alignment is a stellar operation! I’ve been bringing vehicles to them for 35 years. The team there is top-notch, their service is excellent, and the integrity and quality is unparalleled. I use them for almost all of my vehicle needs. And I often am surprised by their more than fair prices!
Also, they do MUCH more than wheel alignments!

I took the Suburban to Bob’s… and he put in one of those high dollar batteries. Don’t get me wrong, but the days of the 39.99 batteries at Advance are gone. The 89.99 batteries? - never see that again either. He also threw in a hand full of spark plugs, a few wires, and I’m here to tell you that sumbch runs like a scared hound now.

I asked them to do it right and they did. Fair price. I will pay to do it right. Had to do a 10 hour drive and it made all the difference for my 10yr old truck. I didn't even have to drive, it just went. I love it.

I’ve gone to Bobs three times now with 2 different vehicles. They did a great job each time and were very reasonably priced. I wish I had found them sooner. Great place!!

Did a great job on my LC500’s slotted and drilled brakes. Would come back in a heartbeat. Very professional. Took care of my car.
Have a photo of the LC before, but the after will be added when I have good photos of it. In the meantime, these are what they installed.
