I canceled some lines with the woman who works there and I didn't cancel them, they charged me again, terrible service, I recommend that you don't go there because they don't know how to work.

Terrible staff and even worse service. My mom recently went in inquiring about an iPhone 15 and was treated indifferently and cruelly bu the staff. Don’t work at a job you don’t like. It was borderline racist. I’m writing this infuriated we have been customers with boost since the early 2000s but are now looking for alternatives over this one awful experience in the store. Get new staff before you lose all your business. Just be glad I wasn’t there the day you all treated my mother like this because I would not have just left peacefully. Seriously, there’s other phone providers out there with kinder in-store employees. Working in customer service myself, u cannot imagine being such a miserable and deplorable person for literally no reason. Have the day you deserve young Spanish speaking girl from the boost location on cherry.

The girl there, I don’t recall her name, was so very helpful with a problem I couldn’t resolve myself. It ended in me having to do a factory reset but she walked me through it and gave me all the information I needed to make sure I wanted to go through with said reset. And then after we came to the conclusion that the only fix would be a factory reset she allowed me to use their guest Wi-Fi to resign into my Apple ID and re download all of my apps and things. She was awesome!
