II would rate my experience with the store at this time in the evening time it is about 4:30 very poor the two people that are working there and confident and they're very disrespectful they they do not know how to wait on customers properly they try to overcharge your customer and they end up giving them the wrong product what they did not ask for and it's ridiculous when I called them and they shut down because I know they were lying because I was on the phone with my husband the whole time he was talking to them

I live two blocks from the gas station and haven't been to this station in six years. The employees were terrible, the worst in Charlottesville. Now I find out everything is the same or worse. My friends told me the bathrooms are worse. Why they don't lock them?
Sale that place maybe other people will properly serve the neighborhood. It's a real dump.

I have a family member who lives nearby on Apple Tree . She used to stop at this station every morning but will no longer be stopping here. I was staying with her a few days recently . I tried to stop by this station 2 mornings in a row and they were randomly closed . There were attendants inside but they had the doors locked so nobody could come in . I don’t know why they randomly lock their doors . One evening I got to go inside and I’m sorry I ever did . The attendant was short with me and seemed annoyed . This BP needs to do better because they’re getting a bad reputation in the neighborhood
