While I havnt used their building supplies, I contacted them when one of their trucks kicked up a large rock that hit my windshield outside of Charlottesville and caused a massive crack. I reached out with pictures and they helped to cover some of the windshield replacement cost. This was honestly unexpected and they were courteous the entire time.
