We have been reaching out for over 4 years now regarding our Pokémon cards submitted for PSA grading via Cavalier Cards. For the last month and a half we have not been able to get in contact with you neither via call or email to discuss an update which you said your team would provide. Please reach out to us directly for an update with lost, submitted, or tracking number information. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The owner is the principal of the local high school. I know if I had children in school I would be happy to have him has someone they looked up to because he's honest and fair when buying someone's merchandise he gives them exactly what it's worth he doesn't try to give you any less and I personally have experienced that and have witnessed that. So if you sell some cards or memorabilia or whatever if you go to Cavalier Cards you'll definitely be
treated fairly.

DO NOT bring your collections here unless you take pictures of EVERYTHING you bring in! Do not let the owner hold the items. Do not let the owner tell you he will do a commissions based sale unless you know exactly how many items you brought in and how many you left. TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! Comes off as a nice guy but takes advantage of everyone, (he’s a UVA educated High school PRINCIPAL he can’t be that dishonest right???) that includes unsuspecting elderly and other customers who don’t know the values of what they have. I can’t stress these points enough! For the next few days or weeks before the shop is closed due to the owner’s mismanagement, be careful. Sinking ship….and it’s sinking fast.

Loved the atmosphere and the selection. I was able to make quite a bit of progression on my collection. 10/10 reccomend this place if you want a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere for all your card and collectable needs.

Great prices on cards, had a little hickup with PSA submissions, but the guys went out of their way to make up for it. Finally, a cardshop that does business the right way!

Nice local card shop. My son and I enjoy stopping in to add to our collection or chat with the staff. Everyone has always been more than friendly and really great with the kids.

Cavalier Cards is a great card and collectible memorabilia shop! Run by a great team, friendly staff, helpful and fun team to trade/buy/sell cards with. They also have a trade meet once a month that I recently went to and had a great time.
