I'm new in the area and took in my HP laptop when it wouldn't boot. The repair staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They had to send the unit back to HP for hard drive replacement, but even so, only took 9 calendar days. Very professional outfit. They have my business.

I’ve been shopping here for a few years using the employee program, and I highly recommend it. I appreciate the awesome customer service I’ve gotten from all the staff there. Thanks to Brandon and the rest of the team for taking care of me. Plan on going when you can take your time; they provide 1 on 1 service, so there may be a wait.

I bought a relatively inexpensive laptop (Dell Inspiron 13 2-in-1) from them in fall 2017 when I started college and I've had a number of issues with it that I've had to resolve on my own. They don't advertise that the plan only covers hardware problems, so any issues like inexplicably sluggish performance or broken WiFi drivers that spontaneously uninstall and reinstall themselves in the background will either cost extra or be your problem to deal with. The laptop I bought would have cost $300 less for the exact same specs almost anywhere else (and that's factoring the $150 rebate that arrived almost too late for me to use it), and the service that the extra money accounts for hasn't been very helpful for me. Unless you're prone to dropping your computer or spilling coffee on it, I'd recommend buying elsewhere.

Purchased my laptop and never received support to get it fix when by keyboard stopped working. The lady on the phone was super blunt and rude and completely inconsiderate of my urgency. May be They should stop calling themselves a non profit organization, when all the can do is rip students and stress them out. Would not recommend.

I have received outstanding customer service and attentiveness at Cav Computers for three years now. Matt is incredible and kind, unfortunately he’s the only one I know by name. Overall, the staff cares about their customers and truly wants to give the best value. A bonus? They’re not after your money! They truly want to give you the best service for your electronic needs.

Great service, best place in town to by a computer. Apple prices are very competive, with sales service people who know there stuff. Way better than chains and ordering online.

They have a surprising amount of product for a store that operates at a University. My experience was extremely pleasant and the staff took care of everything I needed during my visit. Can't wait to go back.
