Charlottesville Fashion Square is a shopping destination located just 3 miles north of UVA on US29 at Rio Rd. It features a variety of shops and eateries, making it a great place to walk around. Despite being described as a dying mall with many empty stores, it still has popular tenants like Build-a-Bear and Torrid. Visitors appreciate the cleanliness, good lighting, and amenities like free wifi and bathrooms. The mall is home to the best Belk for miles, offering organized and quality merchandise.
Worst mall ever. There's a Macy's, a couple of jewelry stores, and a few small stores. True waste of time to visit this mall unless you have no other options. Sidenote: Harrisburg mall is about 35 minutes away.

There are hardly and stores still opened. The ones that ate still there you have to walk long distances just to get to the next one. Plenty of parking but parking lot is dirty and weeds growing everywhere looks like a ghost town from the outside.
