I chose Charlottesville Skin & Lash to get my lashes done before my wedding and had such a wonderful experience! My appointment was with Amreen and she was absolutely fantastic—so kind, professional, and accommodating. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time and the results are beautiful. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Super nice people, but it’s a salon-loft style setup and the skill levels are vastly different. I did not like my lashes and can’t get them fixed because there was so much glue used. It burned my eyes and was exactly what I said I didn’t want. Again, super nice people, but the bottom line is lots of money spent for lashes I can’t stand to look at.

I’ve realized I’ve expressed more diligence when something is wrong thru Google reviews vs right. After moving to Charlottesville from a major city, I was skeptical on receiving parallel services. As a client of cville skin and lash for years, consistently they have provided a very hygienic and welcoming environment. The ambiance radiating from each staff and their aura is unmatched. Very accommodating, even when it’s been an obstacle. Autumn is very fluent in her craft expressing true artistry, with Amreen fscilitating a very professional setting. I would have rather you contact me directly to discuss this than going public with this unnecessary drama. But you have now come on my business page saying I’m making false accusations and implying that I pay clients for 5 star reviews.
I think it would be important for you to have a real conversation with your injector who is injecting inside your business.
I do think it’s interesting that after my response to the 1 star review recently left on my business, the profile deleted the 5 star review for your business and instead left a 5 star for Signature. If it wasn’t someone associated with your business why would they do that?
