I had a great experience with Cville Wrecker Services! They were able to help me during a very busy, snowy night. The tow trucker driver picked me up so I didn't have to walk back a mile to my car, and was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely use their services in the future!

I called for a tow to the Volvo dealership, they showed up 4.5 hours later(1.5 hours after my second call). Driver said he’d notify the dealer when he dropped it off — he didn’t. It was an all around bad experience, won’t be using them again.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! After calling the dispatcher to get my belongings out of my car, she informed me it was a $35 to open the gate after hours fee which we agreed. When I arrived i called the dispatcher back to let her know i was there. She stated she would send someone down to open the gate. Within five minutes a gentlemen arrive to open the gate for us. As we were gathering our belongings from vehicle, another gentlemen arrived being very abrupt and rude. He said we were trespassing because we didn't pay the $35 which when we arrive the gentleman that let us in didn't ask us at the moment for the $35, I tried to explain to the gentleman that I was going to pay the $35 and that I knew about the $35 but he was so rude and so abrupt with us. He was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this towing Company. The employee that I had to deal with it was very unprofessional and rude, and does not know how to communicate.

We had to use Cville wrecker to tow our car because we had a flat tire. Jaime was phenomenal. He was really kind and made what could've been a stressful situation less so.

With many trucks on the road, something can go wrong. We have used Charlottesville Wrecker at least three times over the years with great results. They get there quick and don't price gouge like some of the other companies in town. When we are in the area and things go wrong, we call Charlottesville Wrecker.

My wife had a flat this evening on 250 in Troy. Roadside Assistance wanted to send someone from Richmond so she called Charlottesville Wrecker instead. The dispatcher was friendly and reassuring. Jamie came out quickly and got her towed safely to Campbells (at our request). He was extremely professional and friendly. I don't write reviews often but felt they deserved praise. Our car broke down unexpectedly at Walmart this week in 92 degree weather and right before a heavy rain. We called Charlottesville Wrecker Service and Jamie came right out within 30 minutes. He immediately asked if me and my daughters wanted to go ahead and sit in the truck which had A/C since in was very hot out and we were stuck parked in the sun. He got our car loaded up quickly even though we were in a very tight area of the parking lot. Aside from the great service, we had great conversation on the way home and awesome jokes which helped lighten our mood about the day. The charge was only $75 to get from Walmart to JPA area. I would definitely recommend for any towing needs, especially Jamie in particular. It really makes a difference in these times to get service from a person that actually cares and wants to make a great impression. Thank you!

Bad service. Employees have no morals and no ethics. Even the basics that a human retain of courtesy and empathy, they lack! Would not recommend

The BEST customer service ever! Lori was extremely helpful helping brainstorm my options to remove a disabled vehicle that was blocking my car in.
