EDIT: I’ve been a loyal Colonial Nissan customer for years and have purchased five vehicles from this dealership. Sadly, my most recent experience has left me completely disheartened.
We traded in my husband's 2021 Titan — they offered $29,000, paid off the $9,000 I owed, and applied $20,000 toward a $46,000 GMC, leaving me financing about $29,000.
Just four days later, my husband realized he physically couldn’t drive the GMC — the seat design caused his leg to go numb. He had driven less than 40 miles. When I called to explain the issue and asked for the Titan back, I was told the only option was for them to buy the GMC back for $43,000 and sell my Titan back for $30,000 — leaving me $18,000 out of pocket in less than a week.
After years of loyalty and five purchases, I expected honesty and understanding. Instead, I was left feeling taken advantage of. This is not how you treat a repeat customer.

I really recommend going here to get a car!! They were very helpful and worked really hard to get me into a car and they did it!! I couldn’t be more happy with my experience everyone was nice and friendly and took care of me and my friend. I got a 2025 Nissan Sentra and I’m in love!!! I recommend to go see Scott, Mike, and Alix they were very very helpful and they explained everything in detail and made things very clear!! It was a very smooth process!!

I truly enjoyed my experience working with Brandon and the CCN team! They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the car that I purchased! The 350Z has been everything they said it was and after a few texts and one call, I drove two hours to view and buy the car. Due to the weekend and timing, they had to deliver the car to my home 2 hours away and they delivered my package with a smile and positive energy!
