Corner Grocery has been my default mini-mart for a very long time. While some of their items are expensive, the majority of them are fairly priced for where this store is located. The selection of items is also far better than any of the surrounding comparable stores on the Corner. I think it's amazing to have a spot in a walkable distance to students, hospital employees and visitors, hotel guests, and local residents where you can get fresh produce, dairy products, niche cooking ingredients, convenience snacks, headphones, office supplies- the list goes on and on- all in one place. I have never walked out empty handed, if I need something Corner Grocery will have it 100% of the time.

I go here because it's location is very convenient, but I'm also aware that most visits will have incorrectly priced items. Stuff is more expensive at a convenience store because you're paying for convenience, but be honest about it. Don't walk to the register expecting the math you did while shopping to be correct.

Extremely overpriced items. Doesn't give you a receipt.

Make sure you look at the dates lots of out of date merchandise.

I went in for a single jar of peanut butter, which was labelled $5.29 on the shelf. When the purchase rang up, the cashier told me it was $9.00. It's hard to believe someone charges you nearly double by mistake.

The younger cashier that works the Night Shift is very skilled and beyond his years. Definitely has a bright future in business!!!

The rudest store clerk I have ever encountered in my life. He was rude with 3 separate comments and I would be ashamed to have him representing my business. Prices were way too high. Would not recommend 0/10.

Just fine. Stayed at a hotel up the street and they carried everything a traveler might want.

Covid hours right now are 7a-12a, opening earlier at 5a on Tues. and Fri.
For a little corner shop, I’m really impressed with how much variety and even little knick knacks they have in addition to the usual convenience store food and drink fare. (Cleaning things, stationary, hardware—everything the college goer needs in a pinch.) It’s owned and run by a small family who you see everyday, if you’re a local regular then you can just ask the shop owners for your favorite things if you need it. 👍

The açaí bowl was not as good as I expected. But the place was nice, the coffee was good too but the place is famous for its juices, I should've tried those I guess!

This place isn't open 24 hours. It is Friday night just after midnight and this place is locked and closed. If you're not open 24 hours then don't advertise that you are.
