Used the tire center yesterday for a tire rotation before an upcoming road trip. They did a phenomenal job and even found a screw in my tire that could have caused problems. The patched it up, rotated the tires, filled them up with air, and sent us on our way in a timely manner.
Shout out to Jacob for taking such good care of us. He’s the kind of person who every hiring manager would hire in an instant and what managers look for when it comes to customer service. Jacob was professional, courteous, kind and goes the extra mile for his customers and the company. Well done! Keep it up!

Never have I had a problem with costco in the years I've been going. This specific situation deals with the tire center.... I sent my 20 year old daughter to get a tire repaired. Hers had gone flat so we took the tire off and I let her use my car to take the tire. She drops the tire off and 30 mins later they call and say it's a mystery and they can't fix it and try to sell her a new tire. I tell her no to bring the tire back home because if we are going to replace it I want to take the car in to do that. We'll just to check we took the tire to an auto shop near the house and we'll looky there, it was fixed in 20 mins. I don't know if it was pure laziness or if they were trying to up sell. But it makes me question the last 2 times I've taken a tire in the get repaired here and I get told they can't do it and I walk out with $600 in tires. Super disappointed always went here because we thought we could trust them not to up sell!
