There is nothing negative to say about this company. They are at the top of the list for sales, service and especially support. I have purchased thousands of dollars of equipment from them and they are always my first stop when shopping. Lifetime support is invaluable as I have called years later with questions and gotten help. One of my recent purchases was a Yamaha Aventage receiver. I bought a scratch and dent and even with two techs there remained connectivity issues. The receiver was returned on their dime and swapped with a new. No price adjustment. A purchase if Goldenear One.R loudspeakers went well. With a sale ongoing I called to place the order unfortunately there was only one speaker available. They managed to locate another speaker allowing me to buy before the sale ended. Their knowledge and easy going manner is refreshing. Conversations are clear without language issues. Definitely recommend.

Just wanted to share a word of warning, as Crutchfield has a seemingly friendly policy regarding returns. However, if you have as little as three returns in a six year period, even if each unit was clearly defective and properly documented and approved as such by Crutchfield, they will cut you off. In the last six years, I had three returns (all defective, all returned in like new condition in less than a week each time) and today I got a "friendly" call today that I instead shop locally. I asked how that would help me determine if a product was defective and the guy had no answer. He didn't even have the guts to tell me straight that I would no longer be able to order from them, I had to ask him directly. Only then did he admit it. So I wanted to warn you guys about this.

I bought some speakers from them by the recommendation from the salesman and they were perfect the teck people were a blessing with helping me set up My system everyone I spoke with were very knowledgeable and courteous excellent experience with them would highly recommend them with your projects thanks so much....

I stopped in to see what they had to replace My factory deck. I wasnt to optimistic b/c I was driving My 12yr old Suburban. I was pleasantly surprised with their selection. The Lady that helped Me was both knowledgeable and friendly. They had everything in stock too. If Your looking for an entire system installed or just a deck upgrade, Definitely considering checking them out.

Zach gave spectacular customer service, listened to my needs, and figured out what I wanted he even checked for stock in the back.The truck had just pulled up unloading, so I didn't have to wait for my receiver to be shipped to me.

Was greeted at the door and that was about it. No one out of the 5 people in the showroom area were interested in seeing if I needed assistance. Get better customer service through their online experience.

Return process is deceptive, car stereo didn't fit so I wanted to return it. Support told me that a small fee would be deducted from my total amount spent to pay for shipping. Honestly I feel like returns should be free, especially if they want to compete with Amazon. Despite offering 2-day delivery to California, it took 6 days to send it back and cost me $12 along with poor tracking via UPS. Now I have to wait another 2 - 5 days to actually get the money back so definitely not a fast process. In another instance I decided to pay more upfront to have a return shipped back faster at a UPS store. Despite paying over $20 for shipping they still do not have my package after 5 days. Double check you have everything you need and consider Amazon first. I ended up ordering the same thing on Amazon and saving over $100. I returned something on Amazon at the same time and received payment for the return almost a week sooner!

Crutchfield is a winner whether you shop in-store or online. Prices are very competitive and their advice on audio products is extremely credible because they often recommend the least expensive quality alternative based on your need and intended usage. Not everyone is Quincy Jones and can trade a few Grammys for a state of the art media room every other year. There's zero condescension here and prompt delivery. Home audio can be a crap shoot. Crutchfield takes out the guesswork and rates an easy five stars.

Made an appointment last week for the dash cam installation and I was told the estimated time for the installation process would be around an hour. When I came to the store this morning, the staff made me wait 3 hours and they failed to install a dash cam on my car.They claimed it was because I did not make an appointment so that they don’t have enough time to install the dash cam. Even though I showed them the record of the appointment, they still insisted there was no appointment for me. Unprofessional and Irresponsible

I've spent probably $20k+ on various electronics over the last few years. I always come to crutchfield to get them to match major competitors and they're never willing to care about earning business. I strongly recommend you don't bother with them and eventually force them to actually compete rather than expecting people to pay more to just click their website. Making it a point to not even consider them going forward even if they happen to be the lowest price

I installed a new system and Scosche touchscreen in my Mustang. I was in a little over my head but Crutchfield customer service was there to help with every question that I had and the instructions were pretty good. Install turned out great.

Andrea saved our butts!!!!!! Our drone died while we were filming over the weekend and we had about two days to get a new one before flying out of the country for our next project. We went to Best Buy, but their entire drone section was out of stock and the sales reps weren't very helpful. We stopped at Crutchfield as a last resort. As soon as we walked in, we were met by a smiling Andrea who listened to our needs and helped us find the exact drone we needed in seconds. The pricing exactly matched that on the manufacturer's website and was competitive with what we had seen online. We were over the moon when she told us she could have it in the store the very next day. We went to the store this afternoon and the staff already knew who we were and had the drone waiting for us. Pick up took us literally 10 seconds! We are SO grateful to Andrea and this store -- they seriously saved our butts. Will be skipping Best Buy and shopping here from now on!

Very nice, clean establishment. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Competitive pricing on quality products from well known manufacturers.Porsche at the entrance is a fantastic touch.
