Mike, the store manager, was awesome in helping me get some passport photos made. My eyes are very small and this causes problems for clearing the rules of the automated Kodak passport software. But he was extremely patient and we got em done. In this impatient world it's a relief to find people in retail who are able to remain calm and provide excellent customer service in the midst of chaos. Thanks Mike!

If I could leave less than one star I would. They lost my prescription,,, no returned it to stock, no we found it again but we're all off for lunch.... Absolutely horrible service. Avoid like the plague

This location is the reason I will never use CVS for my prescriptions again. Abjectly terrible technicians and support staff, bare minimum understanding of most things (e.g. pseudoephedrine is only available at a pharmacy counter, but they had no idea. I had to literally leave and go to a Kroger Pharmacy for a basic thing.)I've never seen a pharmacy so poorly run.I will say the regular CVS staff here are stellar. Such a radical difference dealing with competent people once you leave the pharmacy area. CVS, if you're reading this, I now use ExpressScripts because of how awful your pharmacies are.

I did not get the gentleman's name who was working this AM on 10/8. My photo did not print properly, and he helped me with reprinting the picture quickly. He didn't know this but it was an old picture of my grandfather whose celebration of life service is today and we were in a hurry to get on the road to MD. So, thank you very much sir and may God bless you?❤️.

Is there a rating lower than one star? The people who work there generally are very nice and capable, but they are woefully under-staffed. The service is horrible. Call them--yeah, and wait on hold for 30 minutes or more. I'd never recommend this pharmacy. And the store manager does not even have authority over the pharmacy. Sad state of affairs for American medicine.

This pharmacy is an incredible example of incompetence. They have gambled with their customers' health by repeatedly not answering the phone when doctors call, not having prescriptions ready despite customers receiving texts to pick up, 30-60 minute long waits, and ultimately causing people to not get their medications when they need them. If you do miraculously get your prescription from this pharmacy, it will always take hours and sometimes multiple trips on different days to the pharmacy. Take your life back. These are hours of your life that you will not be able to get back. Follow the sage advice of fellow commenters and go to another pharmacy. Don't have the other pharmacy call CVS for a transfer. CVS won't pick up the phone and it will never go through. Contact your doctor and have them call the prescription into your new pharmacy. By reading some of the other reviews, it appears that this incompetence has been a long-standing issue. I never like to take to Yelp for a vicious upbraiding of a business; however, I wanted to warn other potential customers as this business is one that is purporting to serve people by filling their health needs. And they are not holding up their end of the bargain.

I'm well aware that people only tend to leave reviews when they're not happy, but this place is a joke. My doctor has called in a prescription three times to this location. Each time, they have said she hasn't called in. I have only this pharmacy on file. This is a pretty important medication that I'm now out of because of them not processing it properly. Each time I'm at this pharmacy, the line is backed out 4-5 people deep. Usually two people behind the counter doing nothing while the others work. I've never seen the second register open even once. This morning's trip there takes the cake for crappy service. I have written notification from my doctor so I was hoping I could sort this out in person since when I call in, they don't pick up. I arrive at 10 to see 5 people smoking outside, staring at me as I walk in. There's two other customers in the store and another who walked in after me. Not a single employee to be found behind the register or pharmacy. After 10 minutes all five walk in. Apparently, there's no pharmacist this morning and they can't open the pharmacy without that person. In fairness, a tall guy who appeared to be the shift manager was very apologetic and courteous to all of us waiting for the pharmacy. Updated to 2 stars only because of Carol at the front counter. I returned and she cleared up the problem. Extremely helpful. Probably the only person worth dealing with here.

They have had a prescription of mine in process for over a week and are not making any progress in filling it and they will not answer the pharmacy phone. Because they have it in process I can't have it transferred to another location, so I have been forced to ration the medicine that I am required to take everyday in the hope that maybe they fill it before I run out.

My wife scheduled a Covid test for today (9/11/2021). This was the only CVS in the area that had an appointment, and it is a 40 minute drive from our home. Upon reaching the store, a note was left in the drive-thru stating all Covid tests for the day were cancelled. She signed up through the website and no contact was made to state the cancellation.

I arrived at CVS @ 7:55am and the opening manager was five minutes late and I had to get proscriptions too be filled and I was extremely in pain! Then I go to the back and have to wait an additional 25 minutes!
