My visit to CVS was very pleasant today. I purchased Recola cough drops from cvs store and didn’t know how to apply coupon. The lady at the counter was very quick and helpful, applied coupon very promptly. Thanks for good service

I overall have a pleasant experience at cvs downtown Charlottesville there is however one cashier who's name I'm not sure of that is not very pleasant the pharmacy tech are all awesome and very kind I wish I knew the name of the unpleasant member she is a middle aged woman maybe or around 40 not very nice to me at all but mostly I love everybody there and the customer service is great

There was one man working in the pharmacy who would always go out of his way to deliver medication to my mother-in-law who doesn’t speak English. She relied on you all so much and I can’t tell you how much it means to me that you took such good care of her!

I’ve been to a lot of pharmacies and this one is the best by far. I moved outside of the area and I’m not transferring my prescriptions. It’s worth the drive to me.
All of the people that work at this CVS have been caring and reliable. I wish I knew their names, but the two women have been especially helpful. The woman with short/dark hair and woman with short blonde hair. I see your hard work. ❤️ I appreciate you.
But to the upper management/presidents/CEO’s of the company of CVS.. you need to do better. Your staff is way overdue for new computers and every CVS I’ve ever been to is always understaffed. Treat your people better you money hungry leeches.

I've had really good experiences here with prescriptions, shots, and help with over-the-counter medications. In particular, Tawni is always knowledgeable, helpful, and fun--a great and rare combination! The location and late hours work well for those of us in the Downtown area.

This review is from my experience with the pharmacy summer of 2022. First, it's GREAT that there's a pharmacy in the mall. This location is well stocked. My review is for the tall White man with the tattoos whose name I unfortunately don't remember who was so gracious and helpful to me each time I came in for something -- replacement for travel tooth brush, vitamin c, zinc, that sort of thing. I felt really safe in that space with him there, as if any trouble broke out he'd protect me. He was caring, friendly, and attentive of a person. I'm saying this as a Black woman - that gentleman made me feel very safe in the store he worked at. It's not the pharmacy or what I went to buy, these five stars are for that gentleman whose name I wish I remembered. Some bad racist shit went down in that mall not long ago. These five stars are for that man who made me feel safe. For his humanity.

Central location and great pharmacists! However twice I’ve gotten there at 9:30 (opens there at 8 am) and there’s no manager on duty so they can’t unlock the store.
