Repeated negative experiences with CVS Pharmacy. In this case they did not provide a record of my flu shot at the time I received it as requested, the record was not available on the CVS Patient Portal, and customer service for health records could not provide and was flippant about their inability to support. I will be using other pharmacies in the future.

Extremely bad service They always short on help, they tell you your meds be ready 5 h later there still not ready They sent you a text, ready you get there nothing
