What might have been a dry stodgy conversation between customer and agent turned into a pleasant conversation and quite a few laughs. What a wonderful surprise and a smile on my face. I have worked with Sarah French for two years. She has been fantastic! She has walked us through some very complex issues which meant the world to us. She responds immediately and will Always go the extra mile to ensure we understand completely the situation. Best of all she will let us know how we can save on our policy each month. In closing, she is the Best!

Sarah French has been our agent for almost 2 years and she made buying our first home feel a lot less intimidating! We also recently had a mishap with our flood insurance that was going to cost us thousands of dollars out of pocket - Sarah was able to get it all figured out for us in a timely manner and got our new policy in place by the deadline. Cannot tell you how grateful we are for her and her Harper team at Allstate! Highly recommend for car and home owners insurance. Thank you, Sarah! ???

I hit a deer on March 29, 2022 and All-State chose a shop thats an hour or more away from my house. My rental car expense ran out and my car still isn't fixed. I was told by the adjuster that if this happened the shop would pay for rental expenses but now he shop says they don't. so now I'm stuck without transportation to work. I feel like I got messed over.

I had to file a claim after my water heater failed and caused damage. I was concerned about what everything would cost and if I’d be taken care of (housing, food, water, my dog). I was even more concerned about how this would impact my future insurance policy rates. My agent, Monica, has provided helpful information in the past and consistent feedback and so I immediately knew to reach out.Response time was incredible—they immediately got me set up with services I needed, helped me understand my policy and what it did/did not cover, and answered my endless questions.It’s important to have good insurance. It’s even more important to know that someone is setting up your policy and helping you choose products which will protect you and come into play when the chips are down and you need help (and are too overwhelmed to do it all alone).Monica has made sure I’m treated like she would want to be treated in this situation and that means a lot.
