I own a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. It's kept under shelter, but because of age I did not have any great anticipation for it just wanted to make it look as good as possible. Downtown detailing did all of that and more! This vehicle looks like it's only three or four years old now Come on My compliments to Downtown detailing they are certainly worth every penny! I highly recommend them!!!

I got my car detailed today because I needed to ship it out soon and I am super pleased with how it came out. They were extremely communicative before hand which was really awesome with my busy schedule. They were early and in the right place so they started right on time. They also charged a really reasonble price for everything that was included. I definitely would recommend them!

Owner has a temperament and did not finish job asked to do. Did not have to accept the job we asked for a lot and were willing/ happy to pay whatever needed. Very poor communication and professionalism

I had been looking to get my 2007 Honda Pilot detailed and buffed, but couldn’t justify the prices that the larger commercial car washes were charging. Luckily I googled Downtown Detail and Vinny not only came to my apartment complex to do the work but he charged $75 less than any other place I had researched, ( even with a 20% tip I chose to give for his excellent service)!
So, I was able to work from the comfort of my home while Vinny made my faithful used car look and feel like a newer model inside and out!
I highly recommend giving Downtown Detail a call the next time you want to give your vehicle a facelift!

I got my Honda CRZ interior and exterior cleaned and it looks new again. I had some stains on the inside that I thought would never come out and they are no longer there!

Vinny did a great job on my very old, much "loved," family car. With two small children, the inside was pretty gross after road trips, camping trips, beach trips, commuting, etc. for years. After Vinny worked on the car, both the interior and exterior are cleaner than they have been for a long time! He was easy to work with and came to do the detail at a parking garage near my office, which was a huge help logistically. I would 100% recommend Vinny/Downtown Detail.

Mr Veney was originally very nice when I called to have my suv detailed. We set the appointment and no show. His generator wouldn't start Then we rescheduled again still no generator. Then rescheduled to do at my home and canceled. I rescheduled again and he tells me his ride didn't show up I asked him if he was joking he replied that he would not do the job now because he said I spoke to him rude. I then wend on to explain my rudeness was inspired by his unresponsable behavior. Not only did I wait to have my suv cleaned but then he didn't show up. Don't trust this company. More like a broken down 1 man band.

I recently bought a car from carmax and the interior smelled a little musty or like previous owner smoked in the car. Downtown Detail did an amazing job on the interior and had to come back to do the exterior due to incoming back weather. He came back and did an amazing job and even offer up suggestions on how to keep the exterior looking like new. I definitely recommend and will use again.
