CONS: A lot of homeless people! I don't know what the situation is, but I wish they would find a nice, warm place for them.PROS: Gorgeous street with tons of local shops and eateries. We watched a show at the Paramount theater, ate dinner, and went back the next day for breakfast. The toy store is super cute and filled with one-of-a-kind toys. If you need to stay the night, I suggest staying at the Omni hotel - which is just steps away from the area.

The stores are great, but getting harassed outside the stores, in addition to the smell of pot and urine is just so overwhelming horrific that it's not worth visiting

A great place to stroll and find unique items for sale. A wide array of dining options, as well. Convenient parking in the two adjacent parking garages.

Enjoyed by visitors and locals alike. Quality restaurants, interesting shops, and steeped in local history. The Paramount Theater and Jefferson Theater are local landmarks as is Miller's Downtown.

Nice little walkable area covering 3 to 4 blocks. A good variety of stores, specifically restaurants, you could eat out fancy or quick and such different types of food. The entire area is a nice mix of different buildings that formed an old part of the town and have been re-purposed, there’s plenty of exterior seating and trees, which make it a nice area to walk through. The only negative I had is there were a few panhandlers and I countered a couple that invaded my space. There are some city buildings on one end, which seem to attract some loud, loitering people. I did see a bike cop come through, and I never felt unsafe while there. I was there only during daytime hours.
