If you are looking for sneakers they have plenty. If you are looking for boots as the website says they have in stock move along. They showed several boots in store that I went to try on and not one was available in any size. Staff seem to be more interested in talking then seeing if you need help.

So disappointed in DSW's exchange policy!! I bbought a pair of 'slides' that I love- almost $100. Wore them for 2 weeks and noticed a row of the little pearls across the top were no longer there. Wanted to exchange for new pair and was told I couldn't because I 'wore' them...we're now 'used'
$100??...2 weeks old??...and won't stand by the quality of what they sell. You've lost a good customer!

DSW has always been my go-to place for shoes. This one seems a little smaller and with less variety than others I've visited in bigger cities. However, in terms of shoe shopping options and variety, it is probably your best best in Charlottesville. Make sure to join their rewards club to get coupons, too.

Not the best quality selection for mens dress shoes.As soon as we walked in on 11/11 the employee that opened the door was dressed in what looked like pajamas. Skin tight, see through, long underwear! You could see her black thong through the pants. She was even wearing shoes that could pass for slippers. So inappropriate! There should be a dress code for employees!

The store was not well kept. There were several shoes and boxes in the isle. It was not dirty but it was just not well kept.
