Terrible experience. My boyfriend pre-ordered chocolate covered strawberries and flowers a week before Valentine’s Day. They did not arrive on Valentine’s Day, the day after, or the day after that. On the 16th at 6 PM, delivery driver called me and was very rude and snarky and said she could not find the place. Upon trying to help her she kept talking over top of me. Then she just said, “I will just try to find you.” About 20 minutes later she called me and informed me she would not be delivering my order because she could not find me even after I told her exactly where to go, and the GPS should have taken her exactly to the Address. She said “I have other stuff to deliver, and I’ve been out here looking for you for a while so I’m not coming.” Not sure what they got going on over at edible arrangements, terrible customer service. It seems like this lady needs a different job and hates this one.***UPDATE: finally came at 4:30 pm on 02/17/34. Flowers were wilted, strawberries were watery. Tag literally had printed on it: Deliver - 02/14/24. Guess they just kept the same strawberries and flowers in the van the whole time until they actually got delivered. Also no card came with the order, as it was supposed to.

My order arrived and they forgot the dozen roses. The roses were delivered the next day and they were in poor condition and already wilting today. Save your money.

didnt get order till 6 when i told the the day before i need it there by 4 . there is no guarantee to get ur items and when u call nobody knows anything .

We were gifted a fruit and chocolate arrangement and the day after it was delivered the strawberries molded, and the oranges dried up. Extremely disappointing.

Before you order one of these, check out the 33 second youtube video from Family Guy. It perfectly summarizes the unfortunate experience anyone receiving one of these would have. youtube.com/watch?v=LXrm…. (or search Family Guy Fruit Bouquet). The well-intentioned people who sent this gift probably had no idea that it would be 80% under ripe and flavorless honey dew melon and cantaloupe. 2 strawberries went moldy within 18 hours of receipt. The pineapple was pleasant. As predicted in the video, the remaining found its way into the trash.

I'm really Disappointed with the bad customer services this store have I order for delivery that I never receive. A gentleman call me from the store and instead that try to find a solution to the situation he start argue started arguing with me and You could hardly hear that he wanted to solve the problem. It got to the point that I hung up the phone because I didn't see that they wanted to solve the problem, minutes later they marked my order as delivered when the reality is that I never received my order. I'm not one of those who give bad reviews, but when you pay for a service and they don't try to find a solution and treat the customer with a bad attitude as if you were asking them for something free.They should have more experience in how to deal with customer and find solution instead that lost customer . With this situation i lose over $100.00 dollar but they will lost a frequent customer .

I went into the store this morning to purchase a "get well arrangement". I was very disappointed with the customer service, as the young lady at the front was not helpful, wouldn't look at me, or stop long enough to answer questions for me. This was my first time coming there and I did not know what I could get or what they could make for me. I asked about some arrangements that were in the front cooler for sale, such as, when were they made?, how much to add chocolate to the fruits?, and the lady just kept working and walking back and forth and said, " I think Saturday or this morning". After looking really good at the three arrangements, it was obvious they had been in the cooler for a long time, they did not look fresh at all. I was frustrated as she never gave me one on one attention, was not given any options, I found myself being confused, standing in silence, I felt stupid. I felt like I was bothering her, so I left without purchasing anything. I will not return as, customer service is a big thing for me and if I am going to spend money like this, as these arrangements are expensive, then I will go where my business is appreciated.

Wanted to send something to my nephew, a student at UVA, who was upset about recent event there.Driver couldn’t deliver product due to fact that nephews’ apartment building was locked. Driver made every attempt to contact my nephew- even called me in NY to see if I could reach him.Driver went above and beyond to assure product delivery.

I’ve ordered a Birthday fruit plate and large ‘2’ and ‘1’ balloons to be delivered to my daughter ‘a off campus apartment for her 21 birthday. She told me the delivery person called on the day of delivery and agreed to leave it by her door. She also sent me pics and said fruit was super fresh, tasted great and wrapped beautifully! Great experience! Thank you!

Edible Arrangements on Zan Road in Charlottesville, VA went above and beyond to make sure my order was delivered. I spoke with 4 different people over the course of the delivery day. And three of those calls were them calling me to inform me or ask a question. They were pleasant and a delight to talk to. I was especially impressed when I spoke with the delivery person who had already attempted delivery once. He was SUPER nice! I can't say enough about them and their fantastic customer service.

Ordered an arrangement for my girlfriend. The basket and arrangement of the basket was awesome. I ordered the normal size and it huge, too huge to fit in the refrigerator, lol. Had to eat some first to get it in there. Quality was amazing. Everything fresh. The price was a good price for so much fresh fruit. The delivery was exactly on time. The delivery guy actually scared my girlfriend because he was there at the exact time she walked out to get the kids off the bus. That was exactly how I wanted it to be. The only issue I had was I couldn't order off the website because they wouldn't take my card, so I had to call. Ok overall a great experience, great product and see peedy delivery. I highly recommend them for edible arrangements and I will be using their services again!!

I was really in a bind because everyone in this area said I had to request a fresh fruit platter 48 hours in advance. I called Edible Arrangements in Charlottesville just a few hours before I had to have the fruit for an early Thanksgiving dinner. I can't remember the young lady's name, but I believe she was the only one in the shop at the time.She advised me regarding what was available at the moment. We ultimately decided on a fresh fruit platter that didn't have chocolate or decorations. That was perfect for a "growing by the minute" group of family and friends. She put it together on the spot! Her excellent, personalized service saved the day!!!

Staff is pleasant, patient and helpful at Charlottesville store. The edible arrangements that I ordered were exactly what was in description. The delivery was perfect! The recipients were most appreciative and raved about Edible Arrangements! I intend on reordering from this particular store in the very near future.

I ordered an arrangement for a dear friend. She told me that the items were beautifully cut and displayed. The fruit was all fresh and delicious.My only complaints would be that in a large arrangement only 4 items were dipped in chocolate and the arrangement wasn't completely ready when it was a picked up despite me calling the week prior to confirm. It didn't take long to get it completed.

I placed an order for an employee which came with chocolate dipped fruit, 3 Thank You balloons, and a vase with flowers. The flowers were "Designer's Choice" so there wasn't any guarantee on what type of flower they would be. However, their choice was a bouquet mostly comprised of red roses, which was not appropriate at all for a female employee. Given that this was a Thank You package, this should have been evident so they could have selected something more appropriate. UPDATE: I originally made this a 3-star review but I'm amending to 1-star because after following up twice, nobody from the company has ever bothered to respond. Very disappointing.
