Super great workers, everything went immensely smooth. I was looking for a compact car, but they upgraded me to a minivan for free, which I greatly appreciated.
A special shout-out to the intern Jack Sadler: he was a great help and very competent, and helped us with any and all requests.

All the employees were very helpful, polite, and efficient at helping not only me, but the other clients who I saw walk in as well. I had a very pleasant and quick pick up and drop off of the rental car.

I needed to rent a car because my car was in the shop and my mothers car was having problems. I walked in At least 5 minutes past the closing time. They took care of me anyway. I couldn't ask for a better team to help me. Katie and Kenny were freaking awesome. Their customer service surpassed my expectancy. It's just nice to know that people are still caring and kind when providing a service. I recommend this Enterprise anyway. They were my morning rickstars . Thank you so so much for taking care of me.

I just wanted to tell you how much I love there pickup service!
This is my very 1st ever to rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car!
I'm so, so, sooo glad! I was so Excited!!!
And the Mitsubishi MIRA is fantastic vehicle! When l driven down l-64 West to go to my bowling league in Staunton VA from Charlottesville VA. I use crews control, waaaw! Awesome!
So let me tell! Whenever you guys driving long distance, use the crews control to maintain speed limits!!! OK thanks Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

If my feedback was passed to the team, such as the need to check tire pressure, then there is nothing more to “look into.” Your representative called me after my rental to solicit feedback with full access to my rental details. Replying to my review is a public gesture than a sincere effort to resolve the concern. Please check your tires before sending cars off the lot, take accountability, and maintain your vehicles properly.
Review:
When you rent a car, you expect it to be safe and road-ready. The first vehicle I was given had an underinflated tire, triggering the warning light within a few miles. I was then switched to another car, which had dangerously overinflated tires. All four were reading well above safe limits.
It is important to note that tire sensors often take a few miles of driving before registering pressure. By the time the warning appears, you are already on the road in a potentially unsafe vehicle. Tire issues like this should be caught during inspection, not by the customer.
Rental cars should be properly inspected before pickup. Tire safety should never fall on the customer to catch. While the after-hours drop-off was convenient, I would be cautious renting from this location again due to having tire issues with two separate vehicles.

My wife had to pick up a rental car today while her car is in the shop and the two gents working out front were so pleasant and helpful. Austin and Tyler were their names. Keep up the great work fellas! We appreciated being treated so nicely. People today take that for granted about but you two did not.

I called the day before, and they were able to set aside a car for me to pick up the next day. I showed up on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Ryan Flynn and his coworker. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helpful. This was the best rental car customer service I’ve ever received!

Everyone at this location was so helpful. They helped me navigate my insurance issues, made sure that I was getting what I needed from the rental and checking in with me every few days. I appreciate how responsive they were and the advice that they offered. I would recommend them again and again!

The proess of renting a vehicle is Hassel free and fast. Enterprise excepts debts cards which is great. However, they require a 300 deposit. I will continue to rent from them and recommend others.
