As an out-of-state college student, I'm no stranger to storage units in the local area. I stored with Smart Stop for the first time this summer, and it was by far the BEST experience I've had in several years. The units were very clean with no signs of dirt or even cobwebs, and the check-in/out process was a breeze. Special shoutout to Robin for being so helpful and nice!

This place will continually raise your rates- they don’t provide easy access to carts, the floors are dirty… I’ve moved 3 clients out of here this month and have plans for 4 more sets next month! Not a good place to do business- price gouging at its finest! Especially taking advantage of their senior clients.
Clean up this nasty dumpster and littered area!

Very helpful staff. They took time to carefully explain the details of the rental agreement and made sure we understood various payment deadlines. Upper floors of the facility are very clean, dry, and air-conditioned.

Keeping my stuff here was a fantastic trouble-free experience. I got a good deal on the unit rental thanks to offers when I moved in, and the staff was a pleasure to work with, both as I was moving in and as I was moving out. Daniel, especially, was a huge help as I was moving out.

I recently booked a unit online when I arrived to move things in the elevator was broken and my storage was located on the 3rd floor, so I decided to get refund and search else were. I still haven’t received my refund!

Initially, it was a great place for storage. However, after 6months, our rent went from 75 to 175. Manager said it was due to periodic price increases. Storage unit we had was not worth 175 a month. Dumpsters on site aren't allowed to be used. Temperature controlled, although, we sid notice some issuez with high temps in building. Do not recommend. C-

Just so you know - SmartStop will give you a great rate on the web - and then double your prices after 4-6 months. When you call about it, the will say - it's all in the lease (fine print.) I won't be fooled again. Terrible company.

price for my unit went up from 84$ to 174$ after 3 months without warning. Needless to say, I am moving my stuff out as soon as I can. Straight robbery out in the open without repercussions! Must be nice!

Super easy check-in with friendly and efficient staff. Michael had everything set up and ready to go in minutes, showed me to the unit, set up the door access code, and answered all my questions. A+ service.

I had just moved here and started an account with this place in February with a rate of $76 for a 5x10 unit. Was a little lower compared to the other options in the area so it was nice until we received a statement saying our bill would be more than doubling now. We received this statement only 2 weeks before the increase takes affect. No emails or previous pieces of mail. Just 2 weeks heads up to go from $76 to $165. Absolutely outrageous

A very handsome young man named Michael was able to assist me with everything I needed and was able to lighten some of the stress I have been going through I would absolutely recommend SmartStop Storage to anyone looking for quality storage needs. Daniel was nice too
