They would not print my shipping label for me. I was pretty shocked since this is a major location and not some small drop off site. They obviously have printers, just not to help customers.

A package that was sent to me was supposed to be delivered earlier this week. It was not delivered and then was to be delivered the next day. It was not delivered the next day but was then to be delivered the next day. Finally, today they said they will be making any more delivery attempts because no one was home to accept the package. We have been home everyday this week, and there has been no attempt to deliver any package to my house. Nor has there been any notice that an attempt was made. Now I have to drive across town to pick up this package that was not attempted to be delivered to my house. I do not recommend FedEx.

I’ve had numerous live animal shipments delivered here for hold. They always are scanned quickly and the staff are always careful with my packages.

No way to report this to FedEx other than call in to their automated phone line, which I do not have time for that stress. Hope this driver's boss sees this. This driver just tailgated me, less than 1 car length behind me, on 64 about 30 minutes ago. I was going 8-10 over the posted speed limit in the left lane, and there was someone in the right lane so I could not get over. I touched my brakes twice to ask them twice to get off my butt. They did not. They instead continued to tailgate me until the car on the right took an exit and immediately passed me on the right, glaring at me, going over 80mph. Dangerous, wreckless and rude.

The delivery driver Jonathan lied about not being able to deliver the package. He first stated that he knocked and nobody answered, also that he called my number. He didn’t knock nor did he call me, I would have heard and I don’t have any missed calls. Then he told fed ex that the complex was locked, when meanwhile the residential area is public it doesn’t lock ever. You guys have a lazy delivery driver, who was right by the door and never made the delivery. Took a picture INSIDE the complex and claimed he couldn’t get in. Fire him!! I was also told by the first fed ex representative that he could only retry tomorrow, and then the next rep. told me I can call after a failed delivery to get them to turn around and try to deliver again. I shouldn’t have this much of an issue just getting a phone delivered! Doesn’t seem like any of you guys communicate IMPORTANT information. Everyone is telling me something different every single call. I have spoke to 6 DIFFERENT fed ex people today, that’s unnecessary.

Countless times I have been in communication for a package sitting in here for 6 days! They refuse to let me go pick it up & keep asking me to confirm my address. They are not delivering the package for a box that was sent out for overnight shipping. 6 whole days later & I still don't have my box. Absolutely ridiculous & terrible customer service! I want my package before I file a police report for theft. K thanks.

There is no dropbox. On a Saturday, the counter at this FedEx office is unattended. The fellow eventually came out and told me to just drop the envelope on the counter. Poor signage and no explanation how to make a simple drop. He didn’t even scan the envelope. I hope it arrives. Poor experience.
