LIARS, LIARS, LIARS! We came from Detroit to look at an Audi Q7. There were some issues with the car during the test drive, that at first the sales guy said it's normal. But little did they know my husband works on Audi's for a living. Finally the head mechanic got in the test drive with him and agreed there was an issue and that they were going to try and located it. We came back home. We were in communication with them everyday and we spoke with managers, sales people and all they ever told us is that the car is being worked on because there was an issue. We even tried to apply for credit with them, we talked about how the purchase can happen remotely and so on. Yesterday my husband spoke to a manager that confirmed the car was being worked on. This morning they tell us the car is sold. So they blatantly LIED to us for a week while pretending to work on this car, because for some reason they didn't want to do business with us. Not only that, we took a hit to our credit score because the loan we secured eventually was for this specific car. As soon as they told us the car was ready we were going to go and get it. Now we have to apply for another loan, which will show we already applied for a loan and probably negatively effect the rate we get. So unprofessional, everyone lied to us. How do you do business like this?

My experience with Flow Audi Charlottesville was superb. Kevin Gibson, the sales consultant, and Richard, the technical specialist, were both very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The car was waiting on me by the front door for the test drive, the sales manager introduced himself, and the financial guru, David Heyden, is straight shooter. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over two hours. Loved my experience. I’ll only buy my cars from Flow from now on.

The newly assigned service advisor is better compared to the previous one. I do highly appreciate the service given by Donald C Johnson. He greeted me nicely, processed everything quick, and in the end there was NO additional services or parts which needed to be done or replaced. He was pretty honest and helpful. Audi needs to keep Donald. He is a gem for Audi's customer. Thank you, Donald! I will be back again for routine maintenance. If it is not Donald, I will probably look for other places.

Smoothest, most comfortable car buying experience ever! Sam Kessler and Richard Glenn clearly know their own products, and can articulate helpful contrasts/comparisons with competitors' products. Never once felt pushed, or rushed, or trapped. The financial transaction was clear and efficient. I'm one of those people who truly detest the haggle and hassle of buying a car, and there was no sense of that at any time during my experience. The after-purchase follow-up has also been supportive, friendly, and efficient. Who knew buying a car could be pleasant! I may not wait so long to buy my next car.

Great experience at Flow Charlottesville- bought a 2023 Audi A4 from Eddie Sprouse. They gave me a decent trade in on my 2014 A6, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Good customer service goes a long way with me, and the staff at Flow was gracious and professional.

My experience from start to finish:
I found the car I was looking for, 2018 Audi SQ5 3.0T prestige, on CarGurus and made an inquiry about the availability.
Initial response from Maribeth in internet sales was prompt and helpful. We communicated vis text and on the phone. She put me in touch with a sales manager, Shannon, to work out some details with a possible trade in and other questions I had about the car.
Shannon was great. Solid communication, knowledgeable and prompt in his communication with me via text, email and on the phone.
Since I was about 4 hours away from the dealership, we tried to work out as much of the particulars as possible prior to arrangements being made to come drive the car and be there in person.
Shannon and I were able to get things worked out for my trip and scheduled it for a time when he would not be present at the dealership.
He put me in touch with the folks that would be there at the time and handed me off to Corven who would be there in person.
Again, great communication and very easy to work things out.
Upon arrival, Corven was fantastic from start to finish. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at including many helpful tips about the systems and the car.
I can't say enough how much I actually enjoyed my interaction with Corven. Very rarely is going to a dealership and working with a salesman actually enjoyable!
He had the car ready and waiting for the test drive, cleaned and detailed, everything was as it should be when looking at a car. The attention to detail, customer service, knowledge and communication were all top notch. Something I honestly didn't expect when making my way to the dealer.
I've bought a number of cars from various dealerships and this is by far the best experience I've had.
After deciding to move forward, it was time to meet with the finance manager. Something that usually brings about the highest stress of the whole experience. But once again, I was very pleasantly surprised.
Working with Aaron was great. Very transparent about the deal, very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. At no point, from start to finish in any part of this process did I ever feel like I was being sold a car. Merely being helped find something that worked for me. Which I did.
I did not expect to enjoy the experience at Flow but ended up being the best situation I've had at a dealer, ever.
Prices were fair. Fees were fair. Staff was great across the board and the car I drove home with is fantastic. 4 hours to drive the new purchase was enough to really enjoy it!
I'd highly recommend this group, especially Corven and Aaron as they were the ones I dealt with in person. Truly a great experience.

I was in town for a day or two and my car was having some issues. I called and they squeezed me in first thing this morning. Chung (in the service department) was extremely professional and helpful. The entire process was very smooth and it is looking like my car will be good as new!

Bought a CPO Audi S5 from out of state and drove down to pick it up on 2/7/24. The car itself is great. No complaints about that. A few weeks later, I called back to say I never got any paperwork for the CPO warranty, which was supposed to be 1 year/20k miles, according to their website. After a week and 1/2 and 3 phone calls trying to get a hold of someone, I was told the warranty is 1 year/12k miles and they'd email the info to me. Since then, it's been almost 3 weeks and I've received nothing. I called 3 more times and also complained with Audi of America, who told me they have no record of a warranty with my car.
My experience is frustrating, to say the least. Leaving several voicemails with no return calls, getting a warranty different than what was described in their ad, and not ever receiving any paperwork for the warranty. I'm not even sure there is a warranty. I'm not sure where to go from here. But I would definitely tell people to shop elsewhere for an Audi.
