Ray Jordan is the salesperson who just sold me a car from Flow Mazda of Charlottesville (October '23) . He is exceptionally patient, knowledgable and concerned about my buying the "right car". I came to the dealership to test drive/purchase a new Mazda SUV but in the end bought a lightly used trade-in. Couldn't be happier with Ray's guidance and help throughout the purchase process and will definitely use him again when buying from Flow. I HIGHLY recommend RAY JORDAN when you purchase a car from ANY of the Flow dealerships in Charlottesville.

I recently purchased a 2023 Mazda3 AWD. The car was delivered to me with the center console scratched, as well as the driver and passenger doors from someone's shoes scratching the door panels. I drove the car back to Flow for their supposedly repairs, and was informed that they could NOT fix the scratches that they had done to the center console while their establishment had prepared the vehicle for sale. Also, when I originally purchased this vehicle, it was stated to have 9 miles on it, upon delivery, it had 98 miles and a little over a half a tank of gas. There was evidence of a car seat that was installed in the back passenger seat due to the fact the latch was undone and the head rest was not seated snug. With that said, I do not feel as if I'd purchased a NEW vehicle. I have purchased MANY new vehicles and have NEVER dealt with damage to a brand new vehicle before I had taken ownership of the vehicle. Today I noticed that they forgot to remove the plastic from the tires that looks smoky gray when in fact they are supposed to be Bright Finish Alloy Wheels.

They are running a scam. I messaged them about a 2023 Honda odyssey that they had listed on their site. They verified it was there, so I drove 45 minutes to go see it immediately after speaking to them. They wanted my phone number but I wouldn’t provide it because I said I would be there within the hour. When we got there and asked to look at odysseys the lady said they haven’t had any on their lot in a while. When I stated I talked to someone she went in the back room and then came back out and said “Oh, yeah we sold it, the manager said he tried to call you but you refused to share your phone number “ but she had already said they haven’t had an odyssey in for ever. This is a scam business that is trying to get people’s contact details to probably sell. I will never purchase from this company again.

Two words - Ray Jordan. Amazing and simple experience that I'd recommend to anyone. Purchasing a vehicle in 2022 is difficult. Change that. It's awful. So when one person stands out from the crowd and turns it into an enjoyable time, you need to listen.I began my search over 6 months ago with a Honda Accord that hit over 300k miles. 16 years of one vehicles through three states. I needed an SUV but people told me I'd pay through the nose or sacrifice a small animal (kidding!) to get what I wanted. MOST dealerships in the state (yes, STATE - not just the town or region) offered me "deals" that were beneficial to only them. I won't mention them by name.By happenstance, I stopped into Flow and sat down with Ray. He was cordial, knowledgeable, and - relaxed. Nothing pushy. He asked what I wanted. Then offered me exactly that if I could be patient. After 306 thousand miles, I knew patience. Ray quoted me a price - and the exact color I wanted - for far less than the others. He even found me a deal on the higher trim - but didn't push it because he knew I was a teacher. I walked out of there smiling and made my decision when he texted me the next week stating my desired car would be in stock soon.Everybody else told me to settle and "that's the way the market is right now, so deal with it." Many outright lied. Some told me black was a premium color and forced issues on me. Only one person spoke the truth - and delivered.Besides, he's an amazing guy.In this crazy world right now, we don't need a crazy car buying experience.Flow Mazda is that unicorn. Ray Jordan - he's a treasure of a human being.Thank you - from me and my 2023 Crystal Blue CX-5.

Please edit your phone number, do not dial the one listed here as you'll bother an innocent private number. Flow, please fix!!!!!!!!!! This poor woman gets calls from random people because you listed the wrong number. Borderline harassment.

Just leased a car from Ray Jordan at Flow Mazda Charlottesville. This is my third car with him and his service is unmatched. He is attentive, super professional, and made the entire process easy for me. The car he was able to get for me is amazing too! 5 stars across the board!!!

I leased my Mazda6 from this dealership last week and had a great experience overall. Ashaunte was able to find me the exact car I wanted and went above and beyond to get it to the dealership even with the shortage going on. Will probably come back here if I will purchase a Mazda in the future and I probably will because they're great cars!

We were in the market for an Audi and attempted a few times to engage Flow via there website during the pandemic. They were slow to respond and didn't answer basic questions kiling the conversation. It felt like we were thrown on to the pile of customers not worth their time. I guess it's hard to tell through an internet inquiry who's serious and has money. We ended up having a good experience buying elsewhere after engaging through the internet. Now we're getting spammed with junk emails from Flow - which aren't worth my time.

Very Poor After Sale Customer ExperienceI bought a brand new 2021 Mazda CX-5 recently. During the sales process, the salesperson said that the only differences between the top trim line and the next one down was that the top trim line included the navigation system and had a 360-degree camera view. The price difference was a bit over $2000, and I could add navigation for about $500. Shame on me for not digging deeper to verify that.The only car they had for me to test drive at that point was the top trim line (the lower trim line vehicle was out of gas) and I liked it. I liked the price on the next one down, so I bought it. Withing a few days of the purchase, I found that there were quite a few more features that were missing from my new car. I had repeated conversations in person and by phone, with a service return to dealership for fixes that could not address and fix the problems.Ultimately, they stopped replying to my text questions so I contacted Mazda Corporate. They said they would contact the dealership and get back to me. They didn't (at least get back to me).My frustrations mounted to the point where I no longer own the car and could never in good conscience return to that Mazda dealership.
