Amazing Experience at Porsche Charlottesville!
I recently purchased a 2026 Porsche Macan from Porsche Charlottesville, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. My salesman Dave was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the Macan and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable.
The manager, Katie, was equally fantastic—professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. The whole team made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale.

Great experience purchasing my Macan GTS. Katie was fantastic and made the entire process easy and efficient. She is super helpful, attentive, and kind and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience buying my first Porsche!

This is by far the worst Porsche I’ve ever been to. I took my car in for a major service and was told, when I called to schedule an appointment, that a loaner would be available (I intentionally had to schedule multiple weeks in advance because I was told the first available loaner would be at that time). When I arrived for the service there was no loaner available and I never received any communication prior to showing up about this issue. To their credit they paid for an uber service. However, the most upsetting part is upon speaking with Stephanie, the one in charge of loaner vehicles, she said that loaners were not available for regular services (i.e oil changes) as they were only available for major services. My first issue with this is the fact that when scheduling any service there is an option for a loaner and if a loaner is requested, you are scheduled for a day when there is an available loaner. Second, my vehicle was brought in for a major service, which means that I should have at least been notified if there was no loaner. Stephanie also stated that she did not know until the day before if there would be a loaner for the next day. I take issue with this statement because the receptionists scheduling explicitly look to check when there will be a loaner when scheduling appointments. The only explanation would be that someone is lying. I’d also like to point out that while it is possible for them to provide an uber to work or home, there are typically reasons for individuals requesting a loaner, especially considering that this location no longer offers Saturday services. For instance, some jobs require people to drive to different locations throughout the day and it is impractical to take the day off for a vehicle to be serviced.
Further, I have had my car serviced with other Porsches, specifically in Colorado, and the service has always included an exterior car wash and interior vacuuming. However, neither of these things were done the first time I got my car serviced here. Because of this, I always made it a point to check that these things would be done when I dropped my car off for service and I was always told that they would be done. Unsurprisingly, when I went to pick up my car the exterior was not washed and the interior was not vacuumed. I would take less issue with it if they were just honest about what would be done.

Recently we were in Charlottesville on vacation when our Macan gave an unexpected malfunction light. Porsche Charlottesville was able to fit us in on a Friday afternoon and diagnose it as safe to drive. Don Johnson and the service department treated us as if we were long standing familiar customers despite being out of town strangers who hadn't done any business prior. The showroom and waiting area were well appointed and made the wait comfortable while our car was being looked at.

A Christmas Miracle ?
I had a fantastic experience with Porsche Charlottesville and their entire team. Was looking for a new car/suv to replace our current convertible and happened upon Elishia as my sales person. Over 6 months or so she stayed in touch as we talked about options and ideas. As Christmas approached I decided to pull the trigger and treat my wife for her birthday - Christmas Eve… Elishia found a Macan for us at the last min and put everything together for us. Dave in finance was really great to work with, not usually the case with finance individuals from some of my past buying experiences…. Dave and the team were very upfront and reasonable.
Then… Richard, the Porsche Pro, delivered the vehicle to my wife and walked her through everything in and around the vehicle.
Elishia and team made it all happen in 24 hours so my wife could have a Christmas/birthday surprise. Thanks to the Porsche Charlottesville team !!

My husband Ray and I took delivery of a 2025 Macan on Saturday. We were put into the highly capable hands of Richard Glenn to patiently (yes!) explain the operation of the car. He was excellent in his knowledge, terrific at listening and provided clear instructions. Thank you Richard.

Awful experience. Bad communication, had to make multiple appointments to address the required work, and they never completed the work required.
Scheduled an oil change and an appointment to replace the sunroof seal in my car. By the time my appointment came around a light came up for the intermediate service. They completed an oil change, but never addressed the intermediate service leaving me with the light on. I was initially told my car didn't need an intermediate service (it did) but they could disable the light if I brought it back in. When I brought it back in they then told me they couldn't disable the light, but for some reason would not perform the intermediate service.
Over $1000 to have the sunroof seal replaced and they left some bolts loose in the roof now the car has developed an awful rattle.
Billing was also a mess, I made a payment then received phone calls and texts that I hadn't made a payment.
Do not bother bringing your car here, if you express any dissatisfaction instead of helping right their wrongs, Don will just text you blaming the rest of the staff and ask to not leave a negative review.

Amazing cars but atrocious customer service and deceptive sales tactics. Would expect better from someone representing a premium brand but once they have the sale they quicky change their word on what was promised before the sale and totally neglect and ignore you afterwards. Quick to blow my phone up when my purchase was pending but act like I don't exist. I love my Porsche but the ownership experience is less because of this dealership. I will be a lifelong Porsche owner but will never purchase another one from here.

Had a great experience earlier in the year buying a 2022 911. I was an out of state buyer and the entire process went very smoothly. They provided details pictures and videos of the vehicle. Picked me up at the train station and I was in and out of the dealership in no time at all. Vehicle is as advertised and in great condition.

I worked with Brandon (sales) and David (finance) to buy a 911 GTS sight unseen (out of state). Everything from initial contact and condition videos to finalizing paperwork and arranging shipping went perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Porsche Charlottesville.
