I was not actively seeking a new vehicle. Eddie initiated contact to inform me about the 2025 models. Upon my arrival, I was professionally greeted by Karim, who demonstrated exceptional courtesy. We proceeded with several test drives, during which Karim maintained a non-pressuring approach, a notable distinction from other establishments. He meticulously detailed each feature, along with the advantages and disadvantages of the various models. Subsequently, we discussed financing options, and I received the anticipated value for my trade-in, supplemented by several thousand dollars in incentives. Despite the late hour, Karim remained dedicated to ensuring a seamless financing and transfer process. He even assisted with transferring my belongings between vehicles. My experience with Karim was exemplary, comparable only to my previous purchase with Kevin, also from FLOW VW. I highly recommend.

Walking through the new car lot with Karim and spotted the 2025 Atlas SEL R Line 4motion Premium identical to the 2019 Atlas that I was driving. It was time to do an upgrade.
Karim did my finance background and meanwhile showed me all the details of the new Atlas.

We took a road trip and visited Flow Volkswagen earlier this month. We had been looking for a Ford Expedition with particular specs and Flow had taken one in on trade. It is a well cared for unit and after talking to Karim, I could tell the care that Flow Volkswagen took as they prepped it for sale. Clean, clean, clean and came with a service contract and warranty. It was a long 12 hour day, but 100% worth it. Karim and Jenny were easy to work with, not pushy and very efficient with our time. They made buying from out of state a breeze. We plan to use Flow Auto for future purchases.

I bought a 2025 Golf GTI here yesterday, and had a fantastic experience.
The were willing to help in a multitude of ways and extremely accommodating on different requests and needs. The lobby area is comforting and everyone is welcoming and friendly.
Karim was a great salesperson and very kind to me and my family.
Eddie, Jenny, and Corvin were also extremely helpful.
I 10/10 recommend buying a car here.

I was looking for 3 Row SUV Hybrid. Came to Mazda and run into Karim to assisted me with check out what Mazda has to offer. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about a car I was planning to lease, Mazda CX-90 PHEV. He was very helpful from the start of entire process. He knew I was considering other vehicle brands. Once I decided to get serious about a particular car he spent lot of time with me to show all the features and how to use them. He let me take the car of my choice for a few hours to test drive to make sure I understood plus and cons. Although some other SUV's offered somewhat better infotainment system, but over all power, performance, luxurious design and walk to the third row I was happy with my decision on selecting CX-90 PHEV. It took me just a few weeks to go through the entire process of a acquiring a new car: search, review, test drives, etc. And Karim was one of the main reasons. He even helped me, with some friendly nudging, to select a color of exterior and interior of my new car from Flow Mazda In Charlottesville.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. They walked me through the lease options clearly and made sure I was comfortable with everything before signing. Delivery was seamless, and they took time to explain all the features of my new ID.4.
I couldn’t be happier with my new ID.4! It drives beautifully, feels solid and refined, and I love the technology and comfort it offers. The EV experience has exceeded my expectations, and I’m excited to be driving electric with Volkswagen.

Great buying experience!! This was a stressful experience for me and my salesperson, Karim, made it simple and easy ! I felt completely at ease with him - he was such a friendly, warm person !!!
The entire staff was friendly and the whole process went quickly and smoothly !!

There were some problems with my 2024 ID.4. Karim was very helpful in getting me a deal for a new 2025 ID.4 that did not increase my payments. The newer model was even an AWD with a better trim! Karim even came in on his day off to be sure the car was available and that we could complete the deal. He was very responsive and helpful.

Karim was very helpful from the start of our buying process. He knew that we were considering multiple vehicle brands. He was honest about what Volkswagen could offer. He allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles, so that we could be sure about what we wanted. We wished we could driven a different route than the normal test drive route offered. We would taken advantage of an opportunity to drive the cars overnight if we had known that we could. Overall, after months of deciding, we were happy with our decision to buy from Flow Volkswagen of Charlottesville. Karim was a big reason why we did so.
