The staff is friendly abd very accommodating. Had a slow leak in our dually truck, arrived when they opened and they took me right in. Fixed the slow leak and on my way in umder an hour.

The guys here saved the day for me! I was on work travel and got a flat, I put air back in my tire and it quickly was losing air again. They got me in immediately and took care of my tire, even though the location with a nail was difficult to patch he made it happen to the alternative of ordering a whole new tire. I truly appreciate you getting me back on the road so quickly! Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you!

Blew a camper tire on I 64 and the heat from the blown tire ruined the tire behind it. We only had one spare. Called McCarthy and they came to the rescue! Came out, surveyed the situation and took the two bad tires back to his shop so he wouldn’t damage our aluminum rims. Was back in no time. Great customer service!!!

The first lie is that they wanted the job. Grabbed it off of a national Bridgestone account board. Then they led me to believe they’d be there in 90 minutes. That turned into them lying when I called 3 hours later and they said the tech was 20 minutes from me. The next lie they told the account lady a hour after that was now the tech was never on the way before they had a wrong key.. total of 7 hours+ they left me on the hook when I could have Ubers to a hotel and have good service in the morning from a real compmy. Don’t work with these people. They’re LIARS

Had to get one tire replaced as a nail got into the sidewall and the job was done within 15 minutes. Reasonable rates and they were ready to dispose off the old tire for no extra charges. Definitely, a professional place to get the job done
