Great place for the littles. We always love it!
However, four stars because i took my baby boy to the tot zone/little jumper area (made for 46 inches and below) and he was knocked over 4xs by teenage boys in the netted area and hit with balls twice, with a worker standing there watching.

The girl who seems to be their only employee is phenomenal, she works her butt off and deserves a raise. I see her working the counter, cleaning up from parties that happened the day before, and she dresses up as characters!!! They don't have a changing table in ladies bathroom, ceilings are falling apart, it could be cleaner. For the most part, we enjoy toddler time. We don't like when big kids show up during toddler time and take over.
Edit: the new section for toddlers is fantastic. The place needs more employees to monitor the entire place. Kids MUCH bigger are in the toddler area and many adults and big kids have their shoes on in that section and many parents aren't able to keep a close eye on their kids which can lead to problems.
Clean the bathrooms, make sure there is soap and paper towels, and get more employees to monitor rule following!!

Great place for kids and friendly staff. Goldie was specifically great with the kids in the foam pit room. Will be back

This place is a dump. It smells, the water fountains don’t work. It’s very run down. Floors are filthy. Half the pictures shown don’t even look like the same place anymore.

My son wanted to go here for his birthday. Last time we were there, the place had gone down hill but with new ownership I was hopeful it’d improved. It seems to have gotten worse. The place is filthy. There was trash piled up in the front, grime everywhere. Foam is beat up and railings and other surfaces feel grimey. There was no staff at all in the back area, so the kids were running around like crazy. We witnessed at least 3-4 kids get injured during our visit, and saw many near-misses of kids colliding or getting jumped on in the foam pit. Absolutely no safety rules were enforced. The rule on time slots was also not enforced (jump used to have wrist bands) so the number of kids kept increasing, but no one ever left, so it got pretty crowded.I’ll give it two stars for the fact that my kids did have a fun time, save for two of them getting injured. This was not included in my injury report from earlier in this review! This place has a lot of potential to be so much better if the staff could be relocated to where they’re needed (rather than all sitting at the front desk), the tattered padding was fixed, all the foam blocks were replaced rather than a few new ones thrown on top, and general cleaning done everywhere. As a whole, the place just feels neglected. I can’t recommend this place and won’t be going back with my kids until some improvements are made.

Do not go here. We just went here last night and everything was closed, the foam pit, the dodgeball pit, The workers were extremely rude and lazy because they simply just did not want to work the foam pit they were just sitting in the massage chair. It was extremely boring and such a waste of money and time because they should put on the website that they’re closing everything so we don’t waste money nor time.

Do not go here!! It’s not small kid friendly in the evenings .. we went a few months ago for the first time and they had all the lights off - cosmic bowling style. Which would have been fun for teenagers.. but not for small kids. Also, the foam pit in the back was pitch black with no adult supervision and older kids were sitting back there and the whole place smelled like pot. I will never ever take my kids there again.

Older kids very aggressive in dodge ball area. Not monitored well til our kids needed ice packs for their faces. Manager did give vouchers for future visits. Very nice

The kids had so much fun but this place needs a serious remodel it was absolutely filthy and prices were atrocious. Several times I heard kids say that the foam in the ball pits were wet (gross). Everything you're asked to purchase is absolute extortion. Staff supervision was almost non-existent. Most amenities were broken or not working properly including water fountains vending machines, games. A $1 cup of dips cost $6 from a machine that works when it wants to. We paid $40 for two children to enter and play and that was with a 50% discount on the second child. And doesn't count the socks or t-shirts necessary for certain activities. Again the kids had a ball but I was grossed out touching anything.

Wow, an easy 5 stars!!! This place is so fun for the kids and the staff make it so accommodating for the parents. Just had a party there and the staff was constantly checking in and offering help. So impressed! Ask for Colleen and Neaveh!!!

My kids had fun that's the only reason this place is getting two stars, it's extremely understaffed and over priced. And DIRTY, like the least you can do is sweap and mop daily. Absolutely nothing is being cleaned in this place.

Came into front door waited in line. Patiently got to counter associate at the front desk is like she hated her job started giving me and my family attitude when I gave her money she slammed the money back down on the counter after that, she rudely asked what size socks we wore And then slam them on the counter will be the last time I ever come back, and will not recommend nobody.

I was going to leave a review saying how gross and understaffed this place is but I'm looking at the reviews I'm hardly the first. Clearly the feedback you reviews that they'll work with local and corporate management to resolve the issues are lip service. When we went there was one employee and they were neither around the trampolines or at r front desk. Instead they were in a room by themselves likely staying clear or there messy conditions and actual customers. Ceiling insulation is actively falling onto the trampolines and one is covered in it I don't think there $3 socks will keep it off you. Avoid it at all costs.
