I went here for a while, most of the pharmacists are very nice except for one man who doesn't speak and seems not to listen to what I say. over the past month I have had 4 separate prescriptions sent to this pharmacy and the pharmacists say they never got them. they were all from different doctors so it isn't that. they've been really unhelpful every time this has happened, just saying to call the prescriber. I do, they send it again, giant still doesn't have it. tried a CVS, no issues. won't be coming here anymore.

Have been using Giant for the past 10 years since my sister inlaw shared her experiences with me. By far the best in the area. I have moved to another county, but still use Giant. 5 stars!

Best customer service in the area. The pharmacists are helpful and the techs and cashiers are so polite and hardworking. Today when I needed a prescription they did not have “Zack” went above and beyond to help me. Simply the BEST!

Trying to contact a pharmacist..on hold over 15 min..this is my 3rd try. Shame on you Giant. I wanted to transfer a prescription.

THE Best! I still go here exclusively even though I moved to the Lake 10 yrs. ago. They are accommodating, helpful, caring, easy to talk with and the hours are great. It's worth my time to go to Giant rather than be stressed out nearby pharmacies who treat customers like inconvenient visitors.

Yelp really needs a 'zero' star rating. One is far too generous for Giant. The people are uncaring and surly. Somewhere along the way someone 'poisoned the well' and seemingly everyone drank from the same well. When other stores in the area seem well staffed the reason for a single checkout open is 'we're understaffed'. It's time to get over that and get moving again. And the self checkout is now limited to just 20 items. It makes you wonder if people would buy less or go elsewhere. The answer is 'go elsewhere'.

Have been going to them for years. They work well with my doctors, get my prescriptions filled in short order, always help me find the cheapest price, and are very friendly people. I recommend them to anyone.

I had wonderful customer service, and everyone there was so kind! Special shoutout to Zac and Jama who helped me through some technical errors. Couldn’t have done it without them. I always am met with kindess and patience at this pharmacy.

Mediocre Not as stocked up as many other places I've been to. It's certainly pricer than other grocery stores in the area. I don't know, there's just not UMPH factor behind Giant. Why would I recommend this place over Kroger, which is pretty much always fully stocked and has a superior deli, produce, and meat section? Not to mention Kroger has the discounts on several food items and GASOLINE. I was talking about Giant, right? Look, it's not bad, but I only go here if I'm in a hurry.
