The manager here Christina is always sp helpful to me. Gives good recommendations and I never feel feel rushed. In the I think it's 2 years that she's been the manager she always makes me feel important even if her store is pretty busy at the moment. Thanks for being great.

Was in there the other day everything I wanted was completely in stock a little unorganized but it was there. My review is mainly on the male clerk who was there I watched him with two customers before me and he was just completely not personable at all. This being a place where people are going to have questions you may want to know how to at least smile and offer some type of customer service. Ash the manager is always a delight to see but this guy was just completely uncomfortable to be around just based off his attitude that you could feel coming off of him. Honestly if I see him I will just have to walk out definitely don’t want to be in a store that allows their employees to be so mean.

A horrible customer experience ordering a product that wasn’t in stock to be shipped. 4 weeks have passed, several trips to the store, and a dozen phone calls to their corporate team later - still no product was ever shipped or delivered and not anyone at GNC can figure out how to make it right by simply issuing a refund. I am told to call half a dozen numbers when I go in the store then the people on the phone tell me to go to the store. It is totally ridiculous.

While visiting VA, I ran out of MSM and needed to find a GNC. After looking the address up, we drove there and walked in. Immediately we were helped by the person at the register, I'm sorry I didn't get their name. I asked for MSM and they took me there, asked which size and allowed me to choose. I did, My friend also got the right protien powder she needed too. We were in and out in quick time.

The store manager Ash is always closing early as well as allowing her employees to do so. Every time I go there they are closed. There is also some girl that's always there with the manager looks like her gf maybe which makes me feel rushed in the past. SAD how much that place has gone down hill.

The store clerk wasn’t wearing a mask and walked right up close to me and started talking as I was trying to back up. (We are under state mandate for wearing masks in all places of business. ).

Stopped in just a few minutes before closing on my way home. Ash was more than happy to take the time to explain the difference in the vitamin packs to ensure that I was getting everything that I needed without sacrificing any of the things that I wanted. At no point in time did she make me feel like I was holding her up or that it was an inconvenience to help me during my transaction. Will definitely be back to work with Ash more in the future!!!

People need to understand that the vitamins that they are taking may not be right and my doctor was surprised when I told them that I was trying gnc vitamins and she said that they are better for me why take 6 vitamins when you can take one
