Beware of this Property Manager. I was a tenant of theirs the summer of 2021.They refuse to clean air vents and claim that it is the Tenant's Responsibility. Good chance they will take a substantial portion of your security deposit.This is a photo of down the house's vents (vent cleaning on the renter with Godfrey).
