Very disappointed in the store employees the assistant manager, and the young boy on the register returned a Pressure Washer item all former that injects chemicals soap particularly this one I used just a couple of times only because it wouldn’t stay tight every time I would put chemical in it My wand would spill onto the ground played with it for a couple of times that I could try to make it work and just couldn’t never get to that side of town or to another harbor freight although today my travels took me there so I proceeded to return it even though I had a warranty on it because I’ve bought them in the past former just don’t last so when they offered a warranty on it hey that sounds great but in this case, this was effective, write out of the box I don’t think I should have to use up my warranty for something that was defective right out the box , they were very rude to me. I wanted to replace it and replace or buy a new warranty with the new former. I said I feel like this should just be an exchange not looking for money back or anything like that. They said this is the only thing that they would be willing to do for me take it or leave. It was their exact words , I asked if I could speak with the manager the girl next the young boy said I’m the manager I said you’re the manager thinking the head manager is I’ve dealt with him before he’s a nice guy very knowledgeable so I asked you’re the manager or a manager, she said, I am the assistant manager with much sass and authority added to it And I said better yet let’s just go ahead and return the thing I’ll take my money back. They probably gave me my money back and the boy had to say before if you don’t like it, maybe you shouldn’t shop here anymore Harbor freight would give me my money back and then encourage me not to come back there anymore , very disappointed. I hope somebody sees this or does it just not get on answered you see my name you know I’m a loyal customer. Hopefully, I hear back from you.

They have employees that give health advice even though they could use some advice themselves. They have Managers that don't have back bones to do their jobs when customer's make complaints about their employees.

Good selection of tools at cheaper prices, mostly off brand (isn't everything made in China?), but will do the job. Your son or daughter probably will not inherit the tools you buy here but they will be good for a few seasons.
