Never buy a mattress from this place . Mine was delivered damaged at the bottom . I found it 5 months later when I flipped it over to clean . Not very happy . Delivery people were dishonest when they delivered it and put it on my bed damaged with 2 big holes ! Sales team seems untrained and confused at store . An awful and dishonest place to shop. Never spend your money here !

I purchased a table and chairs from them back in November 2024 it's May 2025 and I still haven't received my final chair. I've had so many issues with the chairs being damaged right before delivery. I'm very unhappy with my whole experience. I plan on making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. For as much as I was charged for this whole set I would of expected way better service than I've received. I will also be trying to reach out to corporate about this. This set is over $5,000 I can understand 1 or 2 issues but it's been so many more than that and still unresolved!

We have never bought nice furniture before, and I have to say, the sofa and love seat were amazing. But more so, there’s was a little glitch and Melanie at the Cville store went above and beyond. The whole experience was great. Very pleased.

The sales associate, Caroline Burns, was excellent in all respects! She answered all of our questions and provided us with options for the couch we were interested in, including color, pricing using current sale, and financing options.

When we walked in, we thought for sure this was a high upscale furniture store that most likely would be out of our price range and probably be too hoity-toity for us. We were treated with the upmost respect and kindness by our sales person, Jordan Duani. He did an excellent job recommending what we were looking for, the difference in the options, and was completely thorough with everything. We felt confident enough to purchase on the spot without having to discuss other furniture store options. We had been on this recliner hunt for so long, that we were just fed up looking. We chose to drive an hour and a half away to visit the store and we couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service. Haverty's has definitely gained a new set of clients.

Quality used to be much better. We've purchased several items from Havertys and noticed a significant decline in craftmanship. Sofa cushions zippers break, pillow cushions seams split and when you call customer service they bill you for replacements and do not deliver in a timely fashion.
