Yesterday I took my new stethoscope to have my name engraved on it (in hopes that it will not get stolen, and if it does I can prove that it is mine.) I had a particular spot I was hoping to have the engraving done on and was told that it would not be possible due to the "anatomy" of the stethoscope. We came to an agreement on alternative placement and I was happy with that. I also asked for a quick turnaround (24 hours) which they graciously agreed to! When I arrived today to pick up the finished product I was pleased to find out that Ron had worked his magic with the engraving process and was able to engrave my name on the spot that I was originally told would not work! I am so thrilled! Not only were they able to "do the impossible," it also came in under the original quote! And to add to that everyone is super friendly and willing to help! I will be returning in the future the next time I need a piece engraved! Thank you so much!

Hightech signs has been incredibly helpful and flexible since we started using their services two years ago for going-away gifts and engravings. They have been extremely professional, and always timely. Their work is second-to-none! We worked with Dave - he's GREAT. He takes the time to understand your business requirements, ensures top quality images and art go into the design and works as quickly as possible to deliver quality outcomes. They are a bit on the expensive side; however, I believe you get what you pay for with this stuff. I looked at ordering online and priced it all out. I could never push the buy button bc I was unsure of the quality I wound be receiving. And, the websites couldn't handle proper image resolution. That was a red flag. Dave took the hesitation out of the mix. He understood my price constraints. He understood the quality I was looking for. And I got the opportunity to do business with a local company. He really delivered. I'm delighted.

Hightech Signs knocked it out of the park. We had a tight timeline for getting new signage installed. Beth responded to my inquiry quickly, provide a quote, and answered all of my questions promptly. Alisha scheduled the install and did a fantastic job with the logo application. They're absolute pros - we look forward to working with them again on future projects!

I highly recommend High Tech Signs. We had a broken deck awning. I tried for several months to have someone come and repair or take it down. Finally, High Tech signs responded. I spoke with Beth and she sent out Tony and Melvin. They did a GREAT job! They were so friendly and professional. They did a great job. Not only does High Tech Signs take awnings down, but they install new ones. Five stars for this company. Wonderful customer service!

A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called Ron at Hightech after calling 8 engraving shops could not perform the task needed. Ron said to bring the items to him that day and he could have them back in 2 days. Upon arrival, Ron found out I had driven more than an hour to get there. He told me to hang out for a bit and he cranked out the job right in front of me. (No waiting 2 days or making a second trip). Great conversation. He showed me around the shop and talked me through the whole process and made sure our product came out great. A $45 sale, but customer service that matched that of a multi-thousand dollar sale. Very impressed.

I have worked with Hightech Signs for three years in a row and they have provided excellent and timely service, and produced beautiful products each time. They are easy to communicate with, willing to answer lots of questions, quick in their responses. I have ordered engraved wooden plaques and each year they turn out beautifully.
