“Nancy B is a rockstar. She knows her stuff and she taught me a lot about lamps, 3 way sockets, how to pick size of lamp shade for a particular lamp, 3 way lighting bulbs, and halo fixtures. She is a fun person, likes to laugh and she is so knowledgeable. I did not know they had such a large selection of lamp shades either. If you need lighting, lampshade, or lamp repair, please go see Nancy. She is a gift to Charlottesville.”
“Awesome store, even more awesome staff. This store is full of hard workers and a bunch of old hippies wasting the time and patience of the staff, but they keep up a smile and positive attitude. We went in and enjoyed a well laid out and stocked store with helpful staff. Alex at the checkout was amazing, super helpful, patient, and friendly as she got us checked out quickly and ensured we were signed up as members and got a discount and points. Working solo, she got us and others through quickly and happily with helpful tips for this and upcoming visits.”

“I love Pottery Barn and their products. However, it’s been hard for years to find brick & mortar stores. Many locales you must buy online.
Parking can be challenging, but it’s in front of the store and FREE, so there’s that, it’s a super nice higher end shopping area that I really like.
I was immediately greeted upon entering. The hallmark of Pottery Barn are there displays and they absolutely did not disappoint. Every inch of the store was impeccably decorated.
I purchased sheets and received assistance on sizing. Their quality on bedding is well known. I also received help on a nightstand which I put a hold on. Ultimately I released it the next day.
Checkout was flawless. Full 5 stars and will return with being up in the area more often.”

“My husband and I received a warm greeting within minutes of entering the store. The expert salesman, Tyler, was not intrusive by any means. We had time to view the beautiful store which is nicely lit. Furniture is happy and well arranged by type. They carry the Yellowstone brand which included displays of my favorite characters on the show. We were on our way to an event, but Tyler could sense our time constraints and quickly guided us to the items we needed. Comfortable sleep is important and he suggested the platform and mattress to suite our habits. My husband and I will continue to trust Grand Home Furnishings with our furniture needs.”
