Working with both Kayla and Gigi was a pleasure. From the time I first went to the store to the multiple times I went to figure out customizations I was blown away by helpful and responsive they were. I truly appreciated how easy they were to work with.Kayla educated throughout the process to help make the perfect engagement ring. I spent many days coming in trying to figure out how I wanted things to look and the patience they had to work with me looking at different styles and different cuts was phenomenal.I had the pleasure of working with Gigi and Kayla and they cared about this project as much as I did which was wonderful. The time we spent searching for the perfect pieces to create the ring was enjoyable. Kayla made sure the loose diamond was shipped, updated me as to when the loose diamond arrived, and helped me thoroughly examine the diamond and help me with next steps. Kayla’s eye for detail, her professional advice and demeanor, her responsiveness to my questions all made this process one to remember!I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with them and have already brought multiple pieces besides the engagement ring from the store. This store will be the store I get all my future jewelry from. I highly recommend utilizing Jared to build custom engagement rings as their customer service is unmatched.

Best experience I've had with a jeweler! Customer service was awesome, we had GiGi whom worked very hard for us and with us to get the ring we wanted... the manager is beyond wonderful, she worked diligently and worked her magic to make sure we got what we came for, despite some minor setbacks. The store is very welcoming and everyone was phenomenal, I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Took my engagement ring in to get resized paid $219 because they do all repairs and resizing in house I went to pick up my ring it didn’t fit when I tried it on thought maybe my hands were swollen compared it to the ring I used as a guide for sizing and they didn’t resize it at all. Would not recommend this location

Horrible experience. So rude. I made the mistake of wearing a sweatshirt into the store and asked to have a pendant worked on. It was made by local jeweler Andrew Minton. Jared told me it was a fake even though the makers mark was clearly visible. Told me it was gold plate. I flipped out… I had paid a lot for it. Went back to the seller, freaked out. Long story short, it’s real, verified by Reines!! Thank God for Reines!!! Do not shop at this store ever. The nerve.

I was very impressed with the professional service we received when we took my ring in to be sized. I was extremely nervous about leaving my engagement ring for sizing but Kayla’s assurance made our visit a good experience. We will be definitely come back and for our next purchase!

My husband and I went to Jared’s in Charlottesville and met THE BEST person,Kayla! She met us with a smile and her radiance outshone all the diamonds. She is not only brilliant about jewelry and jewelry repair, she offered suggestions that we had never even dreamed of. Thank you, Kayla.You made a hard thing so very pleasant.

My fiancé and I went to Jared’s in Charlottesville to get our wedding bands today. Kayla Banks was our consultant and she helped us every step along the way!! She was incredibly patient as we tried on several rings and helped us to find the best ring for the price. She made the process easy and stress-free. All in all, it was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend this location!

I am so disappointed in the service we received. After being a long time customer and after my now husband spent 10k at this location. I bought his wedding bamd from here last year unfortunately we just got married and his ring doesn't fit anymore it is to loose.we took it back to get a new one due to it can't be resized. I bought the extended warranty which at first they could not find until I was able to give them my email receipt. Then they explained to us that we would have to purchase a new ring until it comes in and they could refund us , I'm sorry but I purchased a lifetime warranty for a reason and who has another 600.00 laying around after a wedding and honeymoon. NOT ME .When asked why the store don't have account to do this or an account since they sold us the warranty or why they don't have credit card to put this on the general manager said oh thats funny. Well we were not laughing at all. Then the general manager complained to our face to only being on the job for 15 minutes of her day and she has to deal with us. I'm sorry if you can't handle the job or title maybe you should find another job.We were never told we would have to purchase the same ring twice to use the warranty when we were spending the original.oney with you. This is crazy Jared's sold the warranty they should not make their customers do this and they definitely should reevaluate who they stick in general manager position if they can't provide top notch customer service no matter how long they be on the job that day. When I sign in to work I better be ready to provide my best to any customer because that's my job and that's what I get paid to do. I will definitely never ever go back to this store. I will take my service to Fredericksburg VA store
