After calling all over town all morning, this location was able to take me in for an oil change and state inspection, (a big ask to do all in a day) and it was fantastic!! every single person working was incredibly nice and helpful, even with a full waiting room, and I was in and out within 3 hours! Absolutely no “upselling” vibes and as a young woman I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or anything of the sort (which I have felt at other repair shops), I couldn’t be more pleased!! 100% recommend and will be coming back here again :)

Two things:
1 - Left car keys in plain sight on car seat with open window in parking lot after service.
2 - Sold our personal details to car insurance companies to spam us after service.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube and had a terrible experience with their check-in process. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. If you value good customer service, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

As a claims adjuster I had many unfortunate experiences with Jiffy Lubes. I was not happy to find 18 years ago my husband had taken my car to Jiffy Lube Pantops. It has been an 18 year pleasant surprise. They are polite professional and friendly going beyond the requirements of the job. I was able to keep my PT Cruiser for 200,000 miles. My Fiat is 10 years old.

I had the BEST service ever today! I brought old girl in since the maintenance light turned. They had a skeleton crew of Sallie, Jonathan, and Warren.. 1 1/2 waiting. Even though they were crazy busy and backed up, Sallie made half a dozen calls and got the cabin filter that I needed since they didn't have any in stock for my car! I so appreciate all their efforts, while forgoing their lunch, to take care of me and all the grateful customers today!! These three did an amazing job with awesome customer service!! Sallie, I will see you at my next oil change at Seminole Trail!! Thank you very much!!

Very poor customer service. Rude people. A female was in parking lot cursing an employee. I will never take my vehicle to any jiffy lube locations. Left my oil filter lose

These guys rock. They are patient kind caring and helpful. The new manager is an absolute sweetheart from phone to check out. Chris in service side was amazing. There is a really funny lil guy there named Cole that works hard and brings some comedy. Will be back for all the services I ever need. Never looked forward to needing vehicle service till this amazing crew!

Just visited the Pantops Jiffy Lube as my oil light went off - courteous, efficient, and very jiffy indeed - I highly recommend this team for your oil change needs.

If I could give no stars I would. Me and my kids went here a little after 12. It was no cars there at all. We sat there for almost 3 hours waiting for my car to even get looked at when I was told by Eli to go ahead inside and they would take a look at it. Yes i understand that sometimes it takes a while to get to a car when it’s plenty there but it was NO ONE there, no cars so my car should had been looked at. As time was passing I asked Eli did the multi care person find out the problem? He told me that he was searching around for the part, he would let me know once he finds it and give me a quote. Okay time went by I saw another gentleman that works there and asked him could he go and find out which part did I need (now it was like around 2:55) we were hungry, tired my little ones had got restless (which was understandable) all in all we were ready to go. The gentleman came back and told me that my car hadn’t even been looked at all. I asked Eli to come here. He came and asked him again what was going on with my car? His answer this time was the multi care person had to find out exactly where the leak was coming from. He couldn’t ask the multi care person anything because he was gone to get bolts for another vehicle (never mentioned my car still hadn’t been looked at) the other gentleman had just told me what the man said “it hadn’t been looked at yet” Eli was lying all the way around. He tried to tell me first come first served and another vehicle was n front of mine that had been there for 2 weeks (if I would have known, was told any of this and got the choice to stay and wait or leave ok that would’ve been understandable but I wasn’t told any of that again it was no one there when we arrived. I told Eli he should had let me know instead of letting us sit there all that time like my car was really getting looked at and the gentleman was searching around for the part and was not. I told him how would he feel if he had 2 little kids with him waiting that long? He pretty much brushed everything I said off. I asked for someone that’s above him number. He asked me what did I mean? He refused to give me the information. I told him I was going to the other jiffy lube and get the information, he walked off and said go ahead. He is very rude, no communication skills, doesn’t care about his customers. I definitely wouldn’t recommend no one to go to this jiffy lube

I don’t know if it is only this location or the chain but I experienced an upsell based on a lie. I will not be returning to this chain for service for my car.

You get what you pay for, in the old sayings of time. You can have service that’s either cheap and fast, but the quality won’t be great. You can have service that is fast and high quality, but it won’t be cheap. Or you can have service that is high quality and cheap but it won’t be fast.
This service location provides excellent service with good knowledge at fair prices to the customer. Most services can be done relatively quickly I.e. oil changes. Some individuals leave poor reviews because they get stuck in line waiting a while for an oil change.
Not many individuals realize this company does their service work on first come first serve basis. So if you get stuck in line behind someone like me who has literally every oil and fluid changed on their vehicle. You’re going to be waiting a while because I’m not getting just an oil change. I’m getting the oil and fluids changed on a front and rear differential, possible a transmission flush, radiator flush, a regular oil change too, axles potentially greased, etc etc.
This means you that shows up for just a fifteen minute oil change might be waiting for three hours because I requested a lot of work to be done, close to $1000 worth of work to be done, and since I showed up before you I get to go first.
Furthermore, customers that complain about the cost of oil changes. Stop it. You look foolish, 5 quarts of oil costs about $30 on the cheap end right now. If you drive a truck you’re going to have to replace 15 quarts of oil. That’s $90 minimum for oil and these people don’t work for free so you have to factor in their labor costs. Plus the insurance. Plus the cost to replace parts used like oil filters as well.
My overall rating for them taking care of my 2006 F-250 super duty. 10/10.
I know it’s sometimes an absolute pain doing work on large diesel trucks and engines so these are great in my opinion.
If the shop isn’t busy and you’re going in for a regular oil change, you will be in and out in probably 20 minutes.
Having been a maintenance technician on diesel equipment in the past, I understand that the technicians here genuinely appreciate the customers and care about the longevity of their vehicles. More often than not if I’ve opted for a service my vehicle doesn’t really need, they’ll recommend against having it completed to save me time and money. They’ll also give you a justification and logical answer/reasoning as to why you shouldn’t. Not many people are that honest nowadays and I think that it is a great thing the mechanics here will protect you and your investments in many different ways besides just changing your oil.

Cost $125 for an oil change (5W-20), and took an hour with just two cars ahead of us.
