I had not been to KFC in over a year. I have not missed a thing. Both pieces of my chicken were very small and was told I would have to pay $4.00/(Half the cost of entire meal) to buy another Wing. Both orders were disappointing. Good Customer Service would have been to add another wing free because it was so tiny. The brownie was better than the meal. It will probably be another year before I return.

Horrible in all ways. Ordered at drive thru told to move up to parking spot 18 minutes later had to go inside to pick up. Out of 3 1 had no ff. One was ?? although said no spices. No sauses although asked for ranch on all 3 orders. No ketchup for the 2 ff we did get either. A few of tenders were about a inch long . Biscuit crumbles but best of all the orders No apologies for latenessThey did bring out a order but for someone else not us. Total mess cost 26.02 I think but no receipt. Here for UVA appointment so already a bad day. The spicy ?? dinner was a total disaster as no one could eat any of that. Want money back!!!!!!!??

Extremely poor service and ridiculously long wait times. Won’t be surprised to see this location close not long from now. The owners have to be losing a LOT of money due to how poorly run this place is.

I did a drive through today and was asked to park my car and wait for my order. I waited for 30 minutes in my car and then went into the store to check the status. The manager said my sandwich had not even been made yet and the next thing she said was if I want my money back. Not apologetic at all. I saw five or six staff inside so they were not under staffed. Poor management and very rude customer service. I got my money back and went to Popeyes next door. I got my food in 2 minutes there.

First time trying out this KFC. It was wonderful. My food is cooked properly and tastes yummy. Properly packaged. The lady at the window (Violet) is an absolute delight to speak with. She was a sweet heart. I will definitely come get lunch here again. This KFC is much better then my local one even. This was a nice experience verses ones I'm used to at home. Thank you again and well done on the food too.

I came today 9/19/23 at 5:47PM and we were told to pull up, we did and then 15-20mins later we still hadn’t received our food. I went inside and didn’t get a sorry or nothing just my food. Terrible customer service on today. I am highly upset.

Pick-up via mobile app and dine-in services was priorized over drive thur. I waited 40 minutes (as well as other customers) in the parking with no updates on my drive-thur order. I had to come into the resturant to check on my order but wasn't seem like it was made. The cashier personally made my order. I ask the cashier what was the priority of which orders are being made. He said it did know. Meanwhile, from afar a lady working behind the counter commented "everyone has to wait". I see mobile app orders come and go as well as dine-in customers. No hard feelings from the customers stressing out on fulfilling mobile app orders (7 min deadline). I did not comment back to the lady and lefted. If KFC had a sign.stating policy of waiting 30+ minutes for order, i would had eaten here. Poor customer service or communication. All for an mediocre chicken sandwich. The place seems like its mostly mobile app orders. Total until i got my drive-thur order was 50 minutes. Thank you KFC for making the decision for me to go to Popeyes (which is next door). What a waste of time.
